Why aren’t all motorbility staff like Zaheen in Chingford.?? Polite , helpful , informative ,patient and overall I chose a Citroen because he applied no pressure but gave me total support and made the process to change vehicles incredibly easy . Review to be updated, but initial view is that you should heavily avoid using this company and be careful if you use a 3rd party like Free2move that lease their vehicles from robins and day.

Easy and quick renewal

After the long wait of the arrival of my new 3008 I received a phone call from walid and all I am say the customer service I received from the moment was outstanding.

He wasn't just friendly and polite but also knowledgeable and took the time to listen to me as a customer. Attention to detail is everything and that's exactly what I got from Walid. He took the time to show me all of the additional new features of the vehicle and made sure I was comfortable in the car prior to leaving.

Disappointed I can't buy a new car just to have that experience again! Lol. I would and will recommend friends and family visit this showroom to purchase a car based on the level of customer care I received. Credit to be given when due...thank you Walid, it was a pleasure.

Arrived at garage and went to reception spoke to gentleman there and inspected car hand keys over and left garage received a phone call two hours later work completed and job a good one very pleased

A great experience all round and would definitely recommend

I would have given 4.5 out of 5 if I could have done! We didn't have to wait around for too long and we're able to see the three cars that we wanted to compare and take our preferred car on a test drive.

Only one small quibble: the sales person was speaking to another customer twice which meant we had to hang around for a bit longer than we earned.

We got the car that we wanted!
