Recently changed my car at robins and day Liverpool as my car had faults, I was seen to by Callum who was very professional and helped me with changing my car, talked me through everything and came away with a new car so feel so much happier

We have had a car from this dealership before and the mutability advisor was very helpful and took the time to explain everything to us

I have returned to this company for the last 3 years because the information they provide when negotiating a car deal is, in my opinion the best deal they can offer and I leave the show room quite happy.
The staff I have spoken to over the years are so helpful and knowledgeable about their products and try their best to give you the best possible deal they can, and they are also always contactable throughout the transaction 👍. Very satisfied customer.

The worst experience, in 40years, I have ever had when purchasing a new car. Made an agreement on the 07/08/22 to purchase a new Citroën C3. I was told it would be ready for 1st week in November, I understood the wait of 3 months because of the current climate. The new car did not arrive at the stipulated date. After several unanswered emails I decided to go into the dealership, only to be informed that the sales advisor dealing with my purchase no longer worked there. I was never contacted about the advisor leaving. So another advisor is put in charge of my purchase. I now get another date for delivery of my car which is promised to be 6th or 7th December. Lo and behold it doesn’t turn up and as I write this review on 20/12/22 I have still not received my new car. This fiasco has impacted on my business financially and also on my customers (present and potential)

My Peugeot 2008 KV19DVZ as been on your site for over 3 weeks waiting for a rear door passenger electric window not working, I bought the car from Arnold Clark who couldn’t fix it after 3 visits and 2 courtesy cars later, They decided it should go to a main dealer yourself lucky enough I was given yet another courtesy car which I need for work. I have now done more miles in courtesy cars than I have in my own, I have received no phone calls for the last 10 days to let me know if there are any progress the last time I called in myself to ask, I only got the car 1 July 2022

Phoned with a question regarding my new car as my order had been passed over from an other company. The person I needed to talk to was busy but said he would phone me when free. After nearly 1hr Mike who deals with mobility did phone me and gave me a lot of help and information for which I am grateful and am now more relaxed about how things are going.

I would highly recommend this company especially the desk staff for their politeness and friendly welcome very helpful and understanding
