On the day of the event I was a little hopeful and a little scared. See, I am a single mum, I have no help from my family and work 2 jobs (just gave up the third one due to my health state) to make ends meet. I thought I will have to downgrade my car from current C3 due to the costs of payments.
Luckily when I met with Alex Christopher, he immediately made me relaxed. He was really helpful and understanding - and patient too. We went through all the options and at the end I got a little upgrade and a whole lot of features that will make my next few years stress free regarding the car, the cosmetic repairs, road assistance, car protection etc. All for still affordable payment rates, due to the special discounts Citroen gives on such occasions. Not insignificant for me - a single mum with no family support, working 2 jobs (recently having to give up the third one due to serious health issues) to make ends meet - and needing the car for one of these jobs!
I have been with citroen forever, got through 5 cars thus far with the Part Exchange Scheme and this is first year when they offer all these amazing additions that not only keep your car safe but guarantee the full value of the car back if (God forbid) something happens and your car gets written off.
All in all, it was a nice experience and made my day that little bit better, which is a rare treat for me these days.

Booked a time to see the Mobility specialist, who was very helpful. Unfortunately they didn't have a C4, Manual, Petrol for me to have a test drive in! (Bit of a let down!) Fortunately I had done enough research and read enough reviews to know that I wanted a C4. Online paperwork completed and printed out - then a hunt for a manager to sign the order... so that they could then arrange for the car to be built.

Outstanding Customer Service in every aspect of buying a car or selecting a service contract.
The Service Department are also very professional and keep you updated on any issues your car may have.
We have been buying Cars from this Showroom for over 14 years and would without any hesitation recommend Robins & Day Manchester to everyone.

After having had a diabolical experience with another car dealer, I have to say that the experience with Robins & Day restored my faith.

Curtis Graham the sales rep didn't just go the extra mile he went the extra 10 miles. He and Dan the Sales manager were both superb and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I was seen by a very polite down to earth and also professional member of your staff.

Alex did an excellent job and kept us informed on the cars progress. also an excellent hand over on delivery. We would reccomend this dealer.
