Credit where credit’s due car buying made easy when the employees of Robinson Day are so good Christopher Binks got to name the lad couldn’t have been any more helpful from a initial enquiry to test drive to picking up my daughters car a lovely DS3 chris even sorted out the process of getting her personal plate on the car ready for pickup will definitely recommend and use again great experience.

Chris Bink's really explained everything clearly and even went through the selling process twice so I understood.
I would have no qualms about recommending Robin and Day to anyone.

My DS5 purchase
THE DS5 I've just bought was probably the best priced DS5 I've seen. The trade in value for my old car was roughly where I thought it would be. So happy with the deal we've done.
The sales person I dealt with was very knowledgeable, professional with a very pleasant manner.
I don't think you would be treated better whichever dealership you chose.

Appalled by the lack of customer care…
Appalled by the lack of customer care and service.
At the point of buying my car on 3rd May '22 I was told I would receive a 'how's it going' follow up call…. I did not receive a call.
At the point of buying my car, I was informed and assured that a replacement rear light cluster and fob key were on order. To date 15th August, has anyone contacted me to give me an update on progress.
I have had to do the chasing myself!!
In June I completed an online message, complaining and asking for an update.
I received an automatic response informing me that someone from the Manchester office would contact me… Nothing… no contact!!
I called to ask for an update to be given an appointment for 20th July. On the 19th July, I received a call cancelling the appointment and that someone would contact me on the 7th or 10 Aug….. Nothing! No contact as of 15th August.
So today, I called Admin and accounts…. No Answer! So I then tried the extention for Parts…. No Answer!!
Today I used the online chat where I was informed my message (similar to this) would be sent to the Manchester Service Manager… Nothing!!! No contact.
Truly appalling!
