My experience with Robins & Day.
Went to Robin & day to buy a toyota yaris, dealt with Rav, he was absolutely Brilliant, was really nice dealing with a non pushy salesman, he explained all that was available to us as far as extra services, eg Gap insurance etc and made feel really welcome and looked after our needs. Puppy dog selling !
I had a test drive in a C4 Sense + Auto demonstrator with Assad, one of the young sales guys. My wife and I were so impressed with the comfort and performance of the car that within a few days and with Assad's help we had part exchanged our previous Citroen and purchased the demonstrator, great car and friendly service all round.

I went to a citroen dealer in redditch to-day, I met a pI was pleased.olite salesman,ASAD.We did a straightforwaed deal .Yesterday I contacted three car dealers, two were Kia dealers, and that the third dealer eas Bristol sreet motors based in Redditch.All three were a failure, They would not exept a paymentent by credit caed.hense all three lost a sale.Thats why I would not trust the above again, and i converted to Citroen. I am a member of which and will inform which or this incident, thank you M.S
