From the very first enquiry I received excellent customer service from Andrej. I purchased a 1 year old C,3 and was impressed with the no pressure selling. Andrej explained everything very clearly, completed all the paperwork and even made me a cup of tea! For the first time ever I enjoyed the process of changing my car!

The staff are very friendly, and my vehicle was cleaned which is a welcome touch, but sadly the actual service was short of what I'm used to. Communication was poor, the AI bot promised me a call back which never came, and like the previous service a secondary fault wasn't resolved.

Amazing customer service. Dan made me feel very at ease when purchasing a car. The communication was excellent and I felt reassured throughout the purchasing process. Unfortunately within 48 hrs my car was written off in an accident. Dan continued his customer service and helped us provide paperwork and recover some money. At this difficult time he went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend Stellantis to anyone looking for a professional car retailer you can trust.

Adam was extremely friendly and helpful from the moment I booked in to test drive a car. Through to purchasing my car from Stellantis & You Redditch. He explained optional extras and finance options but wasn't overly pushy on them. Had a great experience using this dealership.

Extremely poor service.

I’ve had my under 12 month old car back in multiple times for the same electrical issues and it’s still not fixed. I was told it was “fine” and safe to drive and all fixed, but the radio still doesn’t work and the problems clearly haven’t been resolved. I don’t feel confident or safe driving it.

They’ve carried out multiple diagnostics and replaced parts (including delays because they didn’t even have the right tools to fit the part), yet nothing has changed.

Despite the car being under a 12-month warranty, they are now refusing to take it back and keep insisting it’s been sorted when it hasn’t.

Just had my car back tonight yet again, told everything is absolutely fine and still nothing has changed apart from a new fuel tank which still hasn’t properly been explained why it needed it.

Very frustrating experience – I feel completely messed around and not taken seriously at all.

I had my car serviced and they found an issue with the suspension on my Citroen c3 which was still in warranty but only just.
I had to book it in at the Redditch branch as it was the only one available at the time before the warranty expired. They agreed there was an issue so I asked if I could book it in closer to home as this is over 50 miles away, a 100 mile around trip. They told me that as the check was done at the Redditch Branch the repairs would also have to be done there!
I was told to come back today 7th April for the issue to be fixed so I booked a day off work and arranged some childcare as kids were off school due to the easter holidays and drove 1hr 20 mins due to heavy traffic all the way to Redditch. When I got here they told me it couldn’t be done as the part has not arrived!!!
Needless to say I’m furious.
Why did no one check to see if the part had arrived before I travelled all this way?
Why wad I not offered any compensation for my poor experience and wasted journey.
I did not feel any empathy from the receptionist at all. She just said they will call me when the part has arrived and left it at that.
I am grateful however to the engineer that kindly came out to see why my iphone 16 was not working in my car. It appears there is a connections issue with iphone 16’s and Citroen vehicles, which I was not aware of.

Put a deposit down on a new car. It seems the car was damaged in transit though I have my doubts. Anyway, three attempts at getting the deposit back, no joy. I notice another review along the same lines. Be careful dealing with them. After intervention from my credit card company the matter has been sorted out.

Following my review on 23rd February, I received a reply on 24th February offering me to call a specific staff member at the dealership to work towards a resolution. I called on 2nd March, and was told he was in a meeting and that he would call me back. He didn't. I then received a call from his colleague on 4th March (the one who I'd met with on 21st February), but all he said was that he was going to look into the figures to see if they could offer me a more reasonable deal and that he would call me back soon. However, it is now 14 March and I have heard nothing since. I have, of course, continued to be hounded via email and post to attend another event they have taking place in March. This is very poor customer service, not at all how you expect to be treated after having been a customer for 17 years and having bought 6 cars from them during that time.

Some staff are excellent however many are ridiculously useless.

If you want a part you'll be waiting a while a long long while. Not because they don't have it but because they don't care to inform you.

* Managed to finally get it sorted, 2 months later, however my experience today really nearly pushed me over the edge when they handed me the wiper which obviously was wrong again but this time it looked like a manufacturing error. Then they just magically found another which they fitted. I now feel safer driving in the rain but utterly regret ever getting a car from there.

Adam was really professional and extremely helpful, we viewed the car, reserved and collected 3 days later, fantastic friendly service.

Sarah is extremely helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend Sarah and Stellantis highly enough.

Sara was, as always, really helpful. Great service and communication. As a repeat customer would definitely recommend.
