Sara is obviously an experienced salesperson. She has an easy going approach allied with an extensive knowledge of Citroen cars.
She sorted out my finance extremely efficiently, making my experience of ordering a new car as pleasant as spending that much money can be!

The local Redditch team provided splendid service. On this occasion the team was fronted by Suzanne and Richard, but with a team behind them at Redditch.

The provision of pick up and return of the car was much appreciated.

As a vehicle fleet manager, I need repairs and servicing arranged and carried out as quickly as possible. Stellantis Redditch did exactly that at our recent visit. From the first phone call to book the vehicle in, to the vehicle collection, everything went like clockwork, with continuous updates in between.

Quick and efficient service. Staff kept me informed as i was waiting in the showroom. Coffee aplenty and a tv to watch.

Very poor customer service from Suzanne and Dean - unhelpful, dismissive, and lacking basic professionalism. Would not recommend dealing with either.

If I could give zero stars I would. A disgrace from start to finish, bought a used car on 29/02/2024, within 2 months had 4 serious faults, back to garage 3 times in 3 months, then mysteriously developed an ‘external oil leak’, Stellantis serviced it in October 2024 and it needed £1000 worth of work, they refused to undertake work under warranty, we then asked for evidence of pre-sale checks- these were NOT done, car had no service history and had failed its MOT previously- none of this were we told. Given car back, lost £2600 deposit but would rather have no car than a car from here- no apology, staff rude and dismissive, avoid at all costs!

Had a great experience with Sara Stringer (Redditch) when buying my new car. She had a vast amount of knowledge of all cars.

Coffee machine was dirty and no clean cups, Suzanne wasn’t helpful at all.
No updates given whilst i waited.

I chose to wait for my car to be serviced. The showroom was clean and comfortable with free coffee which is a bonus !
I was kept informed of progress , staff were polite and helpful.
Car returned to me having been washed and vacuumed. excellent experience

Car required manufacturer update; Ibrahim was friendly & helpful. All went smoothly & out of courtesy, the car got a health check, was cleaned inside & out & then it was dropped back to me. Thank you.

Ibrahim was very helpful, explaining things clearly and comprehensively, in a friendly manner. The price was a little higher than we would have liked but the work appears to have been done well and I noticed an improvement when I drove it away.

My car was diagnosed and repaired while I waited. I was given a space to work and access to wifi as well as plenty of coffee.
Mohamed was very friendly and helpful and kept me informed as to the progress on my vehicle.
I will defiantly use the Redditch branch again.

Ibrahim and the team were amazing - super professional, polite, and they fixed everything on the first visit. From the moment the recovery truck brought my car in, Ibrahim and the team were amazing. They kept me updated every step of the way, always communicating with me and making sure I knew what was happening. They even messaged me to say I could reach out anytime if I had any questions.

They sorted out my power steering issue and fixed the cutting-off problem, and even did a complimentary full health check and recall. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend!
