Always friendly, unhurried, accommodating.

Our Spacetourer broke down with a major electrical fault & Stellantis &You Redditch were the only garage who could get us in at short notice. They managed to get hold of the part & get the repair done within a few days, and fixed our faulty key as part of the repair. It's helpful that you get text updates that you can reply to, to request further information. It's a shame the garage isn't a little closer to us, as the service has been great. I'd definitely recommend the garage, they have friendly & helpful customer service & fixed our car quickly.

Customer service
On my arrival I was greeted by Mo and he took me for a test drive . He answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. Then I sat with Andrej to do the paper work , he was very informative and reassured me . Both Mo and Andrej showed me excellent customer service and are a credit to the company . I look forward to my return to see them and have another delicious cup of hot chocolate :)

Susan was polite, efficient and answered all my questions.
I was told 2hrs wait and the job was completed in just over and hour.
Well done Citroën.

Only thing I would say is the waiting area needs the hot drinks overflow cleaned and dirty cups collected.

My C5 Aircross was due its MOT I booked in my MOT and also booked a loan car due to an appointment, had confirmation that a car was booked did my license verification as per the link only to get to Redditch Citroën to be told by Suzanne that she doesn’t have one for me, I showed her my confirmation text but she didn’t care and didn’t even try to sort one out for me, I left due to my appointment but quickly went back in to see about bringing it back afterwards to find her talking about me to the other young woman in service reception about me and was told that if I didn’t like it I could go to any MOT centre to have it done ! I responded that I have a service plan so why would I do that! I did return later still no apology regarding their mixup with my loan car, I sat and waited for my car to be MOT once it was returned still no apology for their mixup Suzanne was rude and unhelpful if I don’t have to deal with her again it won’t be too soon. I think she needs to go back to training in how to talk to customers in a courteous and respectful manner

RAC towed my C4 to Citroen Redditch. They performed a diagnostic test and told me the problem was a dirty fuel filter which they replaced. Gave me a bill for £285. The car was still in the same condition so they gave me an estimate to replace the ECU for £2,500 with no guarantee. When I said I would get the car picked up, I was sharply told “That’s your problem” Asked for a copy of the Diagnostic and told they don’t give it out, told Suzanne I wasn’t leaving without it. A mechanic then produced it.
I had the car trailed to the local garage I normally use who located the problem, Diagnostic charge £170 replace the ABS sensor, £70 labour to fit £41 for the sensor.
