I visited this dealership this morning and was impressed by the professionalism and patience of the two members of staff that dealt with my queries. The service manager Dean was very helpful in dealing with questions I required answering (many thanks for your patience)
Emily on the service reception was very helpful too and answered all my questions regarding servicing plans and helped me with the my Citroën app on my phone.

Been trying to find a decent used car and was finding it difficult with dealers not replying to emails or not giving the right information.
Then came across these guys at Stellantis in Redditch.
I made one enquiry and Andrej came straight back with the correct information. From then on he made a personal video and suggested other cars they had on the lot.
This boy knows how to deal with people, he puts u at ease and he is very professional. His dedication to Stellantis is obvious by his constant relaying of all offers we can take on. As we were coming from Glasgow he arranged for his colleague Mohammed to pick us up from the train station. He was prompt and polite and took us to the dealership in no time. Mo helped show us around the cars with a great knowledge of information.
Both boys are very smart but also show great consideration in dealing with customers. For us it was their sense of humour that shone thru, being happy at work shows.
They answered all our queries then took the money😏🫢😉😉
And sent us on our way!
I would recommend these boys and this Stellantis dealership..we will come back!

My experience at Citroen Redditch was great. Adam was excellent, listening to what my needs were, and finding the best car to match.
I wasn't rushed or made to feel pushed to get a sale. I was given time and space to look at the cars.

Quick efficient. Very polite and courteous

Ordered a new car online, which was supposed to be in the country.
In 14 days it had not arrived so I cancelled but still waiting for my £500 deposit to be returned.

There was a mixup on date, our fault. The crew handled it really well, found space to do the work on the wrong day, plus completed it while we waited.

After trying Citroen Birmingham where the customer service level is beyond poor I contacted the redditch dpt for help via email, where my email was responded too in a timely and polite manner by an after sales manager Dean, who quickly helped me get my daughter back on the road leaving me very grateful for the service he went above and beyond to help with! Excellent experience right from booking the appointment to the reception at the showroom and then the final handover of my car back to me.

All went smoothly. Price was high though.

Booked in for a service at the Redditch branch via Alphabet, specifying a Wednesday collection and return. No problems, was in for a 4-5 week wait. Ho hum, ok, I thought, it must be a busy place.

Halfway into the morning pickup window, I get an SMS telling me my appointment is all booked in 2 days later! Thanks for running that by the customer first! I have wasted my morning sitting around waiting for you. Your arbitrarily assigned new appointment is of no use to me on that day.

I ring Alphabet who are utterly bewildered as to why you would do this. I rearrange my appointment with another dealership that might take basic customer service more seriously. An utter shambles.

EDIT: Update. One of your team just rang me to say they need to change the appointment! You have some big problems to sort out at this branch!
