I recently purchased a car from your garage and I honestly can’t thank Ravi enough for the amazing customer service! No question was silly and everything was so easy to ensure the car was right for me including me wanting to look at it lots and test driving. He is an absolute credit to your dealership and the fact I purchased the car on a Sunday and picked it up on the Tuesday made me a very happy lady! It was very refreshing after visiting other dealerships the day before around 50mins away and having the most horrendous service and leaving with no hope, to travelling 2 minutes down the road and receiving the best customer care I’ve ever know ! Once again Ravi, thank you so so much for helping me with my dream car!! I will definitely be back for more business in the future!

Easy to book and get a cost estimate prior to the day.
Courtesy phone calls and communication up to the day itself and then in the day kept fully appraised to timings and any work needed. Also very focussed on best value for the customer and not doing works that wasn’t needed at that time- not often you find that in the world anymore.

Despite a few hiccups when dropping my car off. The Service Staff ensured that everything was quickly sorted. I felt they wanted to provide everything I requested
Which included a Courtesy car and quick clean before collection. Will continue to use Stellantis Redditch.

I had an issue regarding one of my products ,purchased at another garage . Emily helped me sort it all out and had alot of patience.

Brought a car from here a couple of weeks ago. Adam, the sales advisor was great!

Took my car in for a service and MOT. All completed fine but the very next day the engine warning light came on. I drove it around for a while because it went off but came back on again and has been on since. When I called a week later for them to take another look, they wanted to charge me £150 and couldn't get me in for three weeks. The air con also makes a racket since a 'refresh'.

Does what it says on the tin. 20 years as loyal customer says it all.

Friendly staff and supportive. I had to take my car for a diagnostic assessment due to an oil leak. The team and Iqbal were really helpful and supportive.

I was very pleased with the service of my C£ recently. The staff at reception were excellent and the reports produced very informative.
While I was very happy with the Redditch garage I was not impressed by the contact made by Citroen staff in another office which was very rude in refusing to give his name and treated my wife as if she was a servant. I spoke to Charles in Redditch and found him very supportive.
The rating for the Citroen contact was zero.

Ravi Kumar was exceptional in guiding me through my Citroen C3 Aircross purchase at Stellantis and You in Redditch, l was unable to visit showrooms but the on line website is excellent (even for oldie like myself) Ravi bought vehicles to me to inspect etc ,sorted out best package and went the extra mile to ensure l was completely happy.
