We purchased a used ds3 from one of your branches in Redditch, we told him the faults that was wrong with it and he said he would get it done. Eg right hand side stereo/phone switch on steering wheel was broken and send parking. sensors need new sensors and also seat doesn't slide forward when you life lever on seat. When picked car up instead of fitting complete new switch they glued the end on , sensors still waiting after nearly 8 weeks plus the seat but everything should have been checked before care was ready. Feel like it was rushed through workshop as they put 12months mot on it and come back with advisorys on tyres even though we told him about the tyres so tyres should been done before mot so had to ring up and tell them about tyres. So not happy in the slightest with the sales and service as the workmanship from the garage side as like I said previous we told him all issuses that was wrong and wanted done. Plus said would have a service but their is no paperwork to prove it ?? I'd like a reply on what is going to be done to resolve this as we are not going to keep going back and forward to garage when it should have been done. As it was rushed through the garage on the Friday as we where meant to pick up on the Saturday but ended up not picking it up as mot as promised wasn't done .

Purchased a car from the redditch branch, on test drive the salesman ( loosely) said it had not been prepped for sale yet which we totally understood, on test drive we found a few faults and pointed these all out to the salesman. He assured us that all the items that needed attention ,parts ordering would be done before , we collected. We called a few days after to be told the salesmen in question had been off but was assured the car would be ready for collection on time , this being a total lie. The salesman promised a new full mot and service , non of which where carried out so again collection was delayed and on calling the dealership was told the car was booked in for its MOT the morning we where due to collect. On checking the MOT database it was MOT'd that morning about 2 hours before collection, but an advisory was picked up , one we had pointed out to the salesmen and was assured would be corrected. Yet another lie. We collected the vehicle as needed the car , to be told the part for the faulty reversing sensor was on order and due on the 7th of December.
We took delivery of the vehicle and within about 15 mins came across a rooky salesman error, on trying to use the hands free and turn down the stereo , the button we had made him aware of which was missing on test drive and was assured would be repaired was , stuck in with super glue!!! obviously the salesman was not aware of what that button was used for, and on gluing it back in had also glued the volume button in to so that was useless , I did manage to free that so I could at least turn the stereo up and down. 7 weeks on and still waiting for the reversing sensor, a new hands free knob (one that works and not glued in) and a passenger seat fault. We have had to contact the dealer every time , not even a call to update on when the parts are due in , so on that experience , customer service score is 0 and salesman needs retraining.

Bought a 2019 Golf from them in March this year and we were rushed through the whole process, the golf turned out to have an extremely faulty clutch and damaged infotainment screen.
Finally managed to get the screen fixed through the warranty but had to pay for it and “claim money back” which I still have not received.
The clutch is still really bad and ended up part exchanging a 15.9k car for 11.5k in 6months. Everyone was extremely unhelpful and made my experience of buying my first car a NIGHTMARE.
Please buy your car somewhere else and save yourself money and the horrible experience.

My girlfriend bought a car in January along with the service plan, when they serviced the car it came back heavily smoking and with a burning smell, fault lights ect. And with minimum effort and being ignored am now left with a car that says it won't start in 400miles. Trying to get in contact with anything is an absolute nightmare.

Update: in response to your reply, that's because you didn't do the work due to the distance, you farmed it off to a partnered Peugeot dealer who have told me they don't know how to fix it. However as it's you who run out service plan the service I have received from you is next to nothing.
