Absolute the worst customer service…
Absolute the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. For one there not very forthcoming and end up walking round like a headless chicken. Secondly come across as very cocky and arrogant . Took my car for a diagnosis and managed to complete that in 2 minutes of being there. The f1 teams can’t check a car that fast . Didn’t see interested or cared about what I was trying to explain about it . Don’t use awful

Fantastic service everyone was helpful and professional. Especially Daniel Elliott he is a sales advisor and he treated me like a human being and wasn’t pushy. I was impressed with the standard of cars there from Peugeot Citroen and DS. Definitely will be recommending to friends and family.

Excellent service from Rob and Caitlin
Rob was enthusiastic, knowledgable and honest throughout the sales process. Caitlin was always on top of the delivery schedule and was a pleasure to deal with. Both made me feel like a valued customer and I would recommend them to anyone.

Service, attention and a smile (under the mask)!
I had an emergency and my DS3 Crossback was quickly booked in for attention. Zeb was superb, he was exceptionally attentive, sorted a courtesy car and regularly called me to keep me updated. I travel extra miles to get to DS Birmingham North but the level of attention and service makes it worth while. Why can't all car dealers be like this?
