You Could Not Make This Up!
I drive an all electric DS3 Crossback. Usually I have serviced and any issues at their Leicester dealership. On this occasion due to a lengthy waiting time I was directed by the Stellantis call centre to Coventry dealership. My car had undergone a breakdown and needed a diagnostic check quickly. After arriving at the Coventry dealership, handing over my keys and a wait for approximately one hour, I was then told that my car cannot be checked as the Coventry dealership did not have the diagnostic equipment for an EV , just a service. You could not make this up. My car is once again booked into Leicester

Many apologies for this, this is a really frustrating read as could have been easily avoided. I've taken the time to request feedback from our contact centre and they have confirmed that this should never have been booked in with ourselves due to not having access to DS diagnostic equipment. We only have access to Peugeot & Citroen diagnostic equipment unfortunately, as these are the franchises we hold at Coventry. They have explained that this was booked in by a new starter in their team, who was obviously trying their best to help get you and your vehicle in sooner without realising the issue that it will inevitably cause. They confirmed also they will be putting a daily check in place to ensure instances like this are picked up where cars are booked in with franchised dealerships that differ to the car booked in.
This should have been picked up also on the pre-workshop check call by the team and on check in. Our team member has been educated on this and is fully aware that we can only diagnose older Citroen DS vehicles and not DS Automobile vehicles. We are able to diagnose EVs, but only Peugeot and Citroen.
I can only apologise this has happened and the inconvenience this has caused you. I'm glad to see you are now booked in with Leicester next week.

Smooth purchase, poor valeting
First time buying approved used and first experience with Stellantis, great experience with Cameron start to finish. Knew what I was after and he found the perfect fit in minutes, drove away happy within the week.
Update: Purchased this vehicle to accommodate a growing family, finally got around to a deep clean and the state of the interior "valet" is astonishing. Stellantis would do well to spend a tenner at the local car wash for a half-cut interior clean.
So far we've found: Two full pieces of chewing gum, countless easily removed stains, notable amounts of animal hair matted into the carpets, half a bag of spilled cat litter, drink stains, melted chocolate and what appears to be spilled honey in two of the door cards?!
Though much of this was out of immediate sight (under seats, door cards, storage compartments, tray tables etc), I would expect a higher attention to detail when purchasing a vehicle in this price range.
While I stand by the pleasant and expedient sales experience - I'm amazed that so little time was spent preparing the vehicle for sale.
