Bought the car around June, July 2023, still waiting for my mats that I was promised . Worse thing about this dealership is they never answer any calls. So if you want to get in touch , you need to drive in. Not to mention , trying to reach your agent . He is always on holiday ! Good feedback for Philip(sorry if I’ve spelled your name wrong) who helped me sort out my cosmetic repair registration which wasn’t done by my agent when I bought the car. When you’re at the dealership , purchasing any vehicle everyone is very friendly , but once you’ve purchased , no one cares about you anymore , if you have any situation or want to ask a question . Poor ! Hope you guys improve . At the end of the day , people buy new cars , which is something to care for. Thanks!

Easy booking transparent pricing and prompt service. Car valeted. All work explained and authorisation sought.

Avoid at any cost. Service is a disaster. You will only receive ok service until they take payment. After payment if any issue with vehicle, they will ignore your calls/emails including managers.
They are likely to cause other damage to your vehicle when attempting to repair something. Tried two different dealers and I now feel that they deliberately cause damage to your vehicle to make you come back and pay them more money.

Very quick to take your money to purchase the car when something goes wrong they don’t want to know .unfortunately cannot recommend them .

I booked my car in for a service and diagnostic of the electronic dashboard two months ahead of due date. Brought my car in before 9am and was told it would be ready by 5pm. I received a missed call at 3.06pm when I was in the underground on route to the garage to pick up my car. When I arrived there was no apology but instead being told that the customer service tried to call me. The manager came out to speak with me and instead of accepting accountability that they have taken too much work she put the blame on me for not accepting the call at 3.06pm. This is a very poor experience and a garage I won't be using or recommending to friends.

Very professional dealership, clean and tidy waiting area. Service technician kept me updated with the progress of my Boxer van. Coffee is nice !

My car was returned immaculate after a valet.

The Edgware branch were very quick to take a deposit from us and then were unable to get the car we wanted. We managed to get the car from another Stellantis branch with no problem.

We tired to get our £500 deposit back and it proved a nightmare with many telephone messages and emails ignored. It was a very stressful process, took far too long and was one of the worse cases of customer service we've experienced.

Arrived at the showroom was greeted with a smile. Showed to a seated area where there was a coffee and tea machine. Must say coffee was lovely. All staff were very friendly and very professional. Filip who I have spoken to on the phone greeted us and showed us the car I had enquired about. Filip was a really nice guy and explain all the paper work and answered all the questions I asked. From start to finish it was a pleasure to deal with this company and Filip. Would highly recommend and would return if I was looking to purchase another car.

It was a pleasure to meet Florentine as she was unequivocal and understood what we needed from the car. The place was very welcoming, and the experience was 100% excellent.

The representative who handled my car deal was excellent. Very informative, wasn't phased by my many questions and queries. Everything was explained in triplicate vary rare nowadays. All options were explained and even his recommendations were spot on. Very satisfied with the service I received and would not hesitate in recommending friends and relatives in using this dealership.
