I was dealing with Sherelle at the Edgware garage...would highly recommend this lovely lady....she definitely knew her job ...she sent all the paperwork accross to me no trouble...even when the car was delivered she rang me a couple of days later to see if I was happy with my new car..no complaints from me.....

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering a new Vauxhall frontera I placed my order with Stellantis and you Edgware on 19 March and was promised delivery by 31 May.

As that date approached, nobody contacted me. I had to chase the dealership myself, only to be told the delivery had moved to 30 June. When that date arrived, I had to chase again and was then told the end of August. After asking for further clarification, I have now been given a new estimated delivery date of 24 October!
Over seven months after placing my order. Which completely ruined my holiday summer plans with my family.

While Vauxhall Customer Care has been helpful and responsive even though the issue is still not resolved, my experience with Stellantis and you Edgware has been disastrous .
The lack of communication, conflicting information, no meaningful goodwill gesture, no efforts to try to resolve the situation and the way this has been handled by the sales representative, Heiko and the manager, Pritpal, has been extremely disappointing.

I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of communication, consideration and customer care throughout this process has been unacceptable. I simply want the car I ordered and the level of service I was promised or at least a courtesy car while waiting for the car to be delivered. But Stellantis and you Edgware made it pretty clear that they were not willing to help

We purchased a pre registered Peugeot 208 from the Edgware sales team which we are very happy with. Heiko was extremely helpful and answered our questions as we wanted to compare different cars available. We had a test drive and are very happy with the price and service provided. Would happily recommend Heiko & the Edgware team.

Had a great experience purchasing our car through Kush, he was professional, helpful, and kept us updated throughout the whole process. He walked us through everything clearly and made the experience smooth and stress free. We also really appreciated him helping us secure two complimentary services.

Anna was also lovely and very helpful, she explained everything clearly and even kindly gave me her Caprisun when I asked for a cold drink.

All very Poor - communication/customer service/electric servicing department/quality of product/car delivery & return service/financial department.
We bought a car with approx 4000 miles on the clock in September. It was finally delivered in October after several delays and issues in getting the car thru the garage/dealer approved checks/service etc. Broke down, irreparable within 24hours. Agreed to return the vehicle & refund us as we had taken an external loan to finance at a better rate. However, it took over two months for the dealer to follow up and ensure the safe return of their vehicle.
Our finance company have also complained on our behalf and have agreed everything we already confirmed with Stellantis yet this is still not settled and we have been left paying the finance for a car we have not been able to use for over 6months and are still in limbo as a family of five and no new vehicle until the agreement is settled.
Farce from start to finish. They even sent us the car with sheets of paper still in the glovebox that had been used to state the vehicle was undriveable!! Beyond belief.
