I’ve used Stellantis in Edgware of two years now and just got new car from them. I had the pleasure of dealing with Anna. She was great at communicating updates and any changes I should be aware of. She and one of the managers Doug was so helpful on the day and afterwards. I could not recommend them enough.

Came in to get some information on how to claim cosmetic repair, spoke to Pritpal who was very helpful and patience. He also set up an app for this on my phone.

I was a bit harsh on my previous review 2 days ago which I have deleted. The staff have been nothing but helpful and Sina in particular has always gone out of his way to ensure if I have any concerns that they are dealt with without delay. Sina working together with the service dept has been very positive in resolving any issues I have had and am very grateful to the team there for looking after me and my concerns. Good customer service when I collected my car having had a service and MOT.

I’m writing this review to warn others about the unacceptable service I received at Stellantis &You Edgware.

Today, we dropped off our car at around 8:00 AM for scheduled maintenance. We were told the car would be ready the same day. However, at 3:30 PM, we were informed that the maintenance could not be completed.

When I followed up with reception, I was shocked to learn that no one had even checked the car. The reason? The technician in the workshop didn’t get around to it because there was a backlog of work from the previous day. This is a serious failure in job planning and customer communication.

What’s more frustrating is that I took a day off from work specifically for this maintenance appointment. Not only was my day wasted, but there was no update, no compensation, and no proactive communication throughout the day.

Frankly, I am very disappointed and angry with how poorly this situation was handled. If this is the level of after-sales service they provide, I strongly suggest avoiding this dealership altogether. Buying a car is a long-term investment, and good service support should be a basic expectation – something that Stellantis &You Edgware clearly fails to provide.

I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and makes genuine efforts to improve their planning, communication, and customer care processes.
