Terrible customer service.
I have chased the dealership and the manufacturer support centre for an update on my car order, however, the dealer does not pick up the phone call and the support centre case worker is very poor in resolving anything. For example, they they cannot find anything and are simply poor in doing anything useful. - The dealership is unresponsive and doesn't care or want any business, and the holding company seems to ignore complaints.

I’m was very pleased for the customer care from Louisianne Momavuli. The advise given was excellent and exceptional. She deserves five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Mavado one of the employees at stellantis and you, is an absolute credit to the company. He saw me struggling to park my vehicle and came straight over to help me and parked the vehicle for me. He is a true Gentleman:)

Last Friday I visited stellantis edgware to test drive a 5008.

Impressed with the drive I made an appointment today for my wife to drive it.

After waiting for 40 minutes after agreed time I asked if someone else could bring us on the test drive as lady due to conduct it was busy.

I was told no for two reasons.

1. The person would not get commission
2. They don’t do second test drives.

It was made very clear to me by one staff member that the fact I was a motability customer ment that I could only have interest drive.

Another without even introducing himself yelled “what’s your problem you already driven it”

The Manager refused to come out and speak to me as he was “too busy doing months end which is more important”.

I am beyond shocked that dealer act in such a way in this day and age

We were ready to place at least one order had my wife liked the car and now we don’t know what to do.

I am really appalled at how myself and my family were treated. I should point out that I am disabled and both my kids were there are autistic and unable to wait and the dealership staff were fully aware of this.

Very easy to book. Efficient, friendly and speedy service. Kept informed throughout.
