I am writing this comment to express my sincere appreciation for Mr abdul and sina exceptional customer service. Your professionalism, understanding, and genuine concern towards clients have not gone unnoticed, and I want to commend you for your efforts. I was dealing with two other Peugeot dealers previously. However due to the excellent customer service of these two gentlemen I have to place more deals them in future. Abdul helps me to get what I wanted at the correct time. In June 2023 I was sold a Peugeot 3008 Hybrid with a factory defective battery from a Peugeot dealer in Letchworth. I complained about the inability to charge the car's battery effectively from the beginning, only to be told it was the way I drove the car that was the problem. Fast forward to April 2024, I booked the car in for a general service with Peugeot Edgware who found the factory fault with the battery immediately. The person how dealt with my car's situation was Mr Ian Walsh who told me the truth straight away, but also said he will do everything possible to help. My car was with Peugeot Edgware for four weeks while Ian checked technical issues, warranty issues, and finally the decision was made that Peugeot would cover the cost of supplying a new battery at a cost of over £5,000.00. Ian Walsh is one of the best customer service individuals I have ever come across in any situation or industry. He was interested in finding a solution and demonstrated trust and care for my situation whilst carrying out his job with great professionalism. The car was with Peugeot for four weeks. No process, procedure or protocol was overlooked by Ian, which was extremely frustrating for me because I needed my car. But, I could not get angry because each time Ian explained what was happening, why and what he was trying to achieve. Thank you Ian, for your impressive customer care and obviously high levels of experience, and for doing the right thing. Peugeot you have a star employee and I hope he is recognised and rewarded as such. As for Norton Peugeot in Letchworth, shame on your company for knowingly selling a faulty car and then not having the business, professional or customer care ethics to put things right. Because of Ian and Peugeot Edgware, I would consider buying another Peugeot car in the future.

As we were thinking to buy a Van, a good friend of mine Mr. Nehal Patel has recommended me to buy Van from Peugeot, Edgware. On reaching the showroom Sales Manager Mr. Anurag Patel has been professional throughout, explained the spec throughly in simple terms and compared with other models. Other manager as well helped in getting the right price( sorry forget his name). But their process has made me confident to pay for the Van price upfront in less than an hour. I thought I may have to go back later,but not required anymore. Great experience and quick service. I recommend others to buy from this dealer.

I would like to say Sagal customer service is outstanding and she has so much patience dealing with customers, even when I thought I lost my USB cable and she was able to sort it out with no problem. 10/10 if I could rate you higher I would.

The sales person who dealt with me to buy a car made everything run smoothly, very attentive and good attitude and felt very looked after, a very nice gentleman.

WORST SERVICE EVER. 3 weeks wait for an appointment and then further 3 weeks of no communication only to go in and be hit with a bill. I mean lies and manipulations have limits but these guys are far beyond that. A true cowboys in the game.

Used this garage on numerous occasions

A Vauxhall & Peugeot Main dealer in 1 now. Sells New & Used cars + dose Garage repairs. A Pretty busy garage you may have to wait a month for an appointment depending on what you need done and if you need Courtesy car or not they also do some sit and wait same day appointmentfor some services they provide. Best to try pre book any work a month before were possible to definitely get your work done in time but has a grate service team + Garage dose grate work & the cost tends to be decent with Low, Mid & High prices but reasonably affordable for a main dealer well worth it in my experience.
