Today I took my car in for a recall, I arrived, checked the vehicle in and left it with them for the day. Received updates via texts from Terry, comprehensive auto health check video. The recall was completed and the car handed back to me valeted which is such an added bonus.

This is the second car I’ve bought from Stellantis & You, and both experiences have been incredibly disappointing.

My previous car (also from them) developed major electrical faults and other issues after just 4,000 miles and less than two years. I ended up selling it back to them at a £14,000 loss. Hoping for something more reliable and safe, I bought a brand new Citroën C3 2025.
And after 1 year and just 1,000 miles later, the car won’t start. The RAC is currently towing it back to Stellantis & You with over 30 faults, including loose live wires that aren’t connected to anything — simply spare wires left exposed. Once again, I’ve been driving a dangerous vehicle for A YEAR!

As usual, Stellantis & You have been completely unhelpful. They seem more interested in shifting blame than resolving the problem. I’m already pursuing a case with the Motor Ombudsman and taking legal action over the previous car, yet they still show no urgency or care.

Buyers beware: They’re very friendly and helpful when you’re purchasing the car, but after-sales service is nonexistent. Unless you’re prepared to escalate to the ombudsman or take them to court, don’t expect them to replace or properly fix your vehicle.
I genuinely wish I had never bought from them.

I thought they were reputable car dealers but Ive literally had dodgy second hand car dealers with better cars and more integrity than Stellantis.

Now I am thousands of pounds out of pocket and once again with no car.

Alison went the extra mile from ordering the car to collecting it, ran through everything ensured I was completely happy! I am thrilled with the car and couldn’t have asked anymore from her! Thank you again & I will definitely be back!

The sales person that helped us was called Alison and she was amazing. She couldn’t have been more helpful. She discussed all our options and let us make our own mind as to what we wanted and then made the whole process seamless.
She then showed us how everything worked on our new car and made sure we were happy with it before we left and we are really pleased with our choice (5008). We highly recommend this garage and Alison.

I purchased a Peugeot 2008 in 2024 with the expectation of reliability and peace of mind, but my experience has been extremely disappointing from the very beginning.
Less than a month after purchase, the vehicle developed a serious engine fault. The car was taken to the dealership, where it remained for over a month without a clear diagnosis or resolution. This lack of communication and prolonged downtime was frustrating and unacceptable for a brand-new vehicle.
Shortly after, the car required a full gearbox replacement, which further raised concerns about the vehicle’s quality and reliability. Even after these major repairs, the car continued to display intermittent errors and ongoing issues, making it difficult to trust the vehicle for daily use.
Given the repeated faults, I requested a replacement vehicle. This request was initially declined by James (sales manager) which added to the frustration and stress of the situation. It was only after escalating the matter—by involving Peugeot UK, the Motor Ombudsman, and a solicitor—that my request was finally approved.
Following all of these issues, I have now been provided with a brand-new replacement vehicle. I would also like to recognise Aislinn (sales) and Rob (general manager) who have been a huge support throughout this process and instrumental in helping bring the matter to a resolution.
I would also like to thank Della (aftersales manager), Paul, Gabriel and Terry for all their help and support.

Aislinn was great through the whole process of buying the car. There was no hard sell and I was given plenty of time to make a decision.
When there were a few issues with the car she got them sorted out quickly and kept me informed all the way through.

They dint have the right car for me to test drive. So we went out in a 4008.i was buying a 3008 allure.was told about all that my car would have . And how I was looking forward to having the ambient lighting inside. On picking up my car they did not have the paperwork till Monday. I asked the salesman to show me how the lights worked. But was not able to do it. So he ask the sales manager who reply was they come on at night. On picking up the paperwork for my car the salesman tried to get the lights to work but no luck . So I ask him to ask the service department. On his return was told my car doesn’t have it.i have complained to the salesman. That they should know the specs of the car . But so far nothing has been done to resolve this . . Spending over £30.000 I would expect better service from Milford main dealer ,update after speaking to the sales manager he suggested he could up grade the car at little or no expense and would contact me.later in the day he came up with a great idea pay him another £9000 and he would be able to sort it out for me.words fail me

I was moved to the Guildford Peugeot branch because the Crawley one had closed. I explained that, because of issues with Crawley branch, I was promised a full clean on my car, which didn't happen because of the closure. I asked if the Guildford branch would honour the promise, they told me on the phone that they would. I checked again on arrival at the garage and was assured that the car would be cleaned after the service. When I arrived to collect it, I asked again if it had been cleaned and was told it had. I then gave a review. This was not the case and I tried to explain to the female member of staff. I asked to remove my review as it was not accurate now. She was quite rude and abrupt telling me that the review couldn't be changed and the car had been cleaned. I asked a male member of staff to come and have a look. He agreed that it most definitely had not. I was very embarrassed by the way I was spoken to and would never recommend this garage to anyone

I have been a satisfied customer at Stellamtis Guildford for some years and have consistently received very good service. Today I called in just before closing time as I couldn’t open my boot. Despite the timing and the fact that I obviously did not have an appointment, Richard and Alison were both friendly and professional and took the time and trouble to sort out my problem for me straight away, A very grateful customer.

Alison made the experience of buying the car painfree and pleasant. Everything in time and as expected. Thanks Alison and team!
