I was nervous about buying a van, I read all the horror stories but I can safely say that my experience with James Mowat Stellantis’s Sales Advisor based in Guilford left me with know doubt that I was in safe hands. Apart from being very knowledgeable he is sincere, honest, trustworthy and reliable. On every single occasion during the process of purchasing my van he was always,always on time with his responses and took me though the process with ease. He is a credit to Stellantis and their training. I would be more than happy to recommend James… it was a great experience.

What a brilliant team! So happy with the work Simon and Sean carried out on my car today. The Service department are all fantastic, in particular Terry McKay, Brandon and Della. Terry is so knowledgable, happy to explain anything and kept me fully updated throughout. Also a huge thank to a lovely gentleman called Slim (who very kindly and unexpectedly) cleaned by embarrassingly grubby car! Such a helpful bunch of people in one place, I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else now.

I bought my Peugeot 3008 from Robins and Day in Godalming, now Stellantis, back in 2019. Over the following six years, I have had about 10 interactions with the Service Team, whether for service/MOT or having work done, and the service has always been exemplary with excellent communication. In this instance, the 3008 insignia on the tailgate of my car had been lost. I spoke to Brandon in the Service Team and he sourced the requested insignia and had it delivered the next day. Simon had kindly agreed to remove what was left of the old insignia and fit the new one. I took my car in the same day, was met by Gabriel who took the car into the workshop and Andy fitted the new insignia whilst I waited. All three guys I dealt with were friendly and professional and really pleased to help me. They are a credit to your organisation and the reason I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

Great services and delivery

The experience at your Guildford location is always good. The fact that the team have got to know you helps enormously and provides a friendly service.

Pick up and delivery meant getting the service done was hassle free. The video is very useful for seeing the underneath oof the car.

Aislinn was our sales advisor and from the first meeting she was very approachable, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the 2 cars we were interested in. We decided on one of them and she arranged for all the slight scratches and small dent to be looked at and when we picked the car up these were all removed. Aislinn kept in constant contact with me and sent me all the relevant information quickly. She was always very efficient and very good at her job ! 😊 I would definitely return there in the future.
