Stellantis & You Peugeot at Guildford, the staff are very polite. We bring our vans here when we can for repairs and servicing. They have a complementary coffee machine and I like the strong Espresso. Also, while I'm waiting for our vans to be serviced, they have a quiet place that I can do my 5 minutes prayer when time is due. 😊

Alison was very helpful when I arranged to test drive a car. Gave relevant info and wasn’t pushy at all. She even came and collected me from the train station on the day I collected my car for ease. Thank you

Been a customer since December 2000. Every time I go in I get treated very well. Individual attention to what each customer needs. I went in recently for a car service and Stuart was so lovely. There was a delay due to a part needed and he kept me in the loop the whole way through. Put a smile on my face and he was friendly without being too formal.

Had a wonderful experience today purchasing a used Peugeot 2008 from a young sales person Noah Light.
Noah listened and understood my requirements throughout the process and was extremely polite and knowledgeable about the product. If I could have given him 6 stars, I would have done so 😀

Aislinn at Peugeot Guildford is a credit to the company. She is helpful and knowledgeable. She has navigated us through getting our Motability car, kept us up to date throughout the order process and I knew I could contact her at any time to get more information if I needed it.

Professional staff and very helpful service

Needed a new car didn't know what type of fuel and size to go for Alison was very patient with us and we decided to go fully electric we tried a 208 rang Alison and said could we try a 2008 she bought one out to use and swapped it over . We have now waiting to pick up our new e2008 on Saturday thank you so much to Alison who was wonderful

Alison called me to offer a black Friday deal, so I came in to look at both normal combustion engine and hybrid versions of the 208. I had a test drive of the hybrid and went away to have a think which I would prefer. There was no pressure to decide quickly, although Alison was keeping in touch. I decided on the hybrid as they had the version and colour I wanted as a show model, so very quick turnaround on the sale. I had some technical issues trying to sign documents on my phone, Alison was very patient printing everything out for me instead. Great service, it's the 6th car I've bought from this garage!

We have used this company for the past 3 years. They provide excellent service. From booking, to service reminders: they are fully transparent about any work required (they send a video) and all costs. Staff are always friendly and professional.

We purchaces a used Peugeot 3008 from Sellantis. Aislinn, the sales adviser was approachable and not at all pushy like some car sales people we have met. She explained all our options very clearly and we came away very pleased with the whole experience.

Saw the listing online, enquired about a question I had for the vehicle. Allison came through and sent a personalised video showing me the vehicle and including the enquiry I had with the car. After securing the payment, we went to the dealership and it was pretty nice, clean and spacious. There was a sitting area with couches and free coffee and other drinks while you wait. Vehicle transfer and other stuff went fine and after that, got the keys and went off.

Overall fantastic experience for my first car and dealership. Allison was there to answer my questions and overall being helpful!!
