Me and my partner popped in recently with our Peugeot 208 and when we arrived we was greeted by a lovely smiling staff member, Danni was very helpful and so friendly, she immediately saw us at reception without hesitation and got our queries resolved there and then! Amazing customer service, Danni is an asset to the company! L

Had a great experience at Nottingham Peugeot, thanks to Dan! Got the exact car I wanted and was the best sales person we have dealt with.

I was trying to book my mums motability vehicle in for a service and was unable to reach the service team. When I called the sales number I was shouted at by an abusive member of staff who obviously cant hit his target then offered me out when I asked to speak to his manager. I have never been spoken to like this as a customer ever and would expect him to be dismissed imediately for grossmisconduct. I have raised a complaint and will be going to ombudsman and small claims court so will keep you updated. Also be warned they dont seem to know if they record their calls or not so make sure you do as anything they say over the phone is still legally binding but if they dont record it you could be left in a PPI type situation.

On my previous review, i told them i would take legal action. They replied to me saying they would contact me...that wqs 2 days ago!! Still nothing...

My previous review has been deleted for some reason.
I have brought my car on the 10th February as it would not start. This was 4 months ago, i have tried to contact them, wrote them, emailed, messaged...nothing!!! No reply, no calls! It makes me wonder if those 5* reviews are real?? I have even contacted the managing director as it absolutely baffles me i still have no news. I am contacting now the Ombudsman and Trading Standard. Absolutely appalling customer service. Never seen that in my life. I'm not even sure if they still have my car???

Recently purchased a car from the Nottingham branch and cant recommend them enough. Particularly Gary Seagrave, who answered all my questions and queries in an honest and unpushy manner.

Collected my new Mobility car today from Sellantis in Nottingham ,Peugeot E3008, Salesman Jake was brilliant from first meeting him and expressing my interest in a new vehicle through to arranging a test drive and placing order for me, and today arranging for me to collect car his professional approach to all my questions and putting my mind at rest about taking on a electric vehicle and also a Automatic which I haven’t driven in over 30 yrs, I can’t thank him enough, thankyou Jake and stellantis for such a great experience

I went with my partner for the first time ever to look at a car, the Peugeot 2008 on the motability scheme on the 9th May 2025. We were looked after by Gary Seagrave, he was very patient, empathetic, knowledgeable about the cars and pros and cons of each fuel type and model of car. He encouraged me to completely try out the car for comfort and talked through the new specs of cars today, as my partner hasnt driven for 12 years and was daunted by the new dashboards. He answered all our questions and sorted out the paperwork. This car is going to completely change our lives and Gary's friendliness and competence made the process so enjoyable and relaxed. Thank you very much Gary, look forward to seeing you when we pick the car up.

Bought a used car from stellantis Nottingham,was told the car was in very good condition and fully serviced by stellantis,after getting home and checking the service book noticed that there was no records of any servicing being done and MOT was due in 2 weeks time,although they told me that if service and mot is due within 6 months they would be carrying these out prior to selling the car,contacted the branch about it and was told to get the mot done locally that they would reimburse me the money,after getting the mot done was told 2 tyres are within the legal limits and will need changing soon,which stellantis said not our problem as still within the parameters that we would expect

I recently had my car's fan belt repaired at the Peugeot mechanics in Nottingham and I’m pleased with the overall experience. The team provided excellent customer care from start to finish. They were patient in explaining the issues with my car and made sure I understood what needed to be done before proceeding with the repairs.

The service itself was carried out efficiently, and my vehicle is now running smoothly. I especially appreciated their friendly and respectful approach – it made the whole process stress-free.
