Both Gary’s made the experience excellent! We visited yesterday as part of a fact finding mission - looked at Renault, Volkswagen, Skoda and Kia before trying Peugeot in Nottingham (Mansfield Road). When chatting to Gary Foster yesterday, he told us about the part exchange boost which made us decide to revisit today and look at specific numbers. When we arrived Gary Foster was with a customer so he asked Gary Seagrave to help us and he remembered what we had talked about yesterday - impressive! Gary Seagrave took time to talk to us about our requirements before sitting down and crunching numbers and at no point did we feel pressured or that there was a hard sell. Gary Seagrave was upfront about everything and seemed keen to get us the best deal possible.

Customer Service Lies
Customer Service is a joke at the Nottingham branch they lie to me twice about when it will be ready.
The second time they (finally) call me as I'm walking into up to the building that they are having an issue with the repair with my car as it is standing on the forecourt, apparently untouched.
1 star since zero stars is not an option

Sold a faulty vehicle & false…
Faulty vehicle & false advertisement.
I purchased a car from this dealership just before Christmas, firstly the advert stated full service history, upon receiving the documents it only had part history.
Secondly, the car also has a severe engine coolant leak which appeared within the first month even though I have hardly driven it. It has now been deemed not road worthy & yet no reply from Stellantis!

Excellent midday spent at the Peugeot showroom looking at the new 208 GT models. Gary Seagrave was absolutely excellent and spent around 2 hours with us looking and talking through everything to do with the car! An excellent service provided by Gary today, the showroom are extremely lucky to have him as a part of their team!
