Fantastic service and staff are lovely on the service desk. Explained everything that they were doing, lots of communication. Cleaned car inside and out.

Excellent midday spent at the Peugeot showroom looking at the new 208 GT models. Gary Seagrave was absolutely excellent and spent around 2 hours with us looking and talking through everything to do with the car! An excellent service provided by Gary today, the showroom are extremely lucky to have him as a part of their team!

Failed up upgrade my SatNav system. Promised me call backs to discuss next step. Never received. Chased them and was promised more call backs. Still no response.

Really impressed with Stellantis. I dealt with Gary S who was outstanding from start to finish. No hard sell, just a decent, honest person with a genuine approach to helping me buy.

Excellent service, kept informed at all stages of the service, really enjoyed the health check video very informative, and a special shout out to the collection driver Gary Seagrave he’s was polite and courteous and put the customers requirements first.

We booked our car in for a service and MOT. While we were out in the City we were told of a minor problem with a CV boot clip and shown a photograph of the offending part. We authorised the repair and the MOT and service were completed. When we arrived back at the garage the car was ready and clean. The whole process was without drama and fuss. We were treated in a courteous, friendly and efficient manner throughout and would have no reservations in recommending Stellantis &You UK to others.

This was a dealership i had never heard of until searching for a particular used vehicle. they have lots of branches but not near us in north yorks. dealt with salesman over phone. very professional and helpfull. everything done and collection was great. Nice dealership - great service and helpful all the way through. would recommend them highly

I recently bought a new car and feel the sale ,service and information from Gary Seagrave was excellent . I felt listened to and confident , that I was being looked after and not pushed into making decisions I was not comfortable with.

We found a vehicle that we liked on autotrader and contacted the dealership. Our enquiry was handled by Jake who was very helpful, answered all our questions and did all he could to facilitate us purchasing the vehicle, which we did. We then dealt with Lewis, and again every step of the purchase was handled professionally and promptly. We collected the vehicle 5 days after initially having purchased it and it was exactly as described. Lewis had the vehicle ready to go at the agreed time and we are absolutely delighted with it. Positive buying experience from everyone we dealt with.

Sent reminder re service and MOT due and booking easy.
Car picked up as agreed and Jack at garage rang with update of work required. As I didn't have appropriate tool to remove wheel for tyre change I was quite worried but he reassured me and work schedule arranged and carried out.

Everything about the experience was satisfactory. All of the staff were helpful and attentive.

ABSOLUTELY 💯 BRILLIANT IN ALL DEPARTMENTS

I don't know if this is 'common practice' in
the 'Car Sales World' to clearly and repetitively mention a 'discount' yet when signing the paperwork, the discount 'does not exist'.
If I wanted a 'Yarn to be Spun'...I would 'knit!'.

Obviously, I cancelled the order and and as a result
I do not expect any sales advisor or anyone in life
per se, raising their voice at me unjustifiably and using any bullying tactics against me either as if one is doing me a 'favour'.
May I mention that the car is 'not free', it was to be paid for.

The sales advisor in question was spitting his
'distorted facts' to the wrong person!
And no sales advisor should be behaving in such
an awful manner to any customer.
This is not acceptable behaviour by any means.

1. The customer is paramount (sales, business etc)
2. One never knows who that customer is as for instance, that person could be from head office, social influencer etc and that would not be good for the sales staff and reputation of any company if one is mistreated.

Fundamentally the point being made here is that
'All customers need to be treated well, no matter who they are' and having a 'good and open sales pitch is most important as the respectful treatment of any customer is.'

Brilliant service

Wilson was excellent.
The other person I should have seen had a family problem to sort.
But Wilson talked me through everything and we had a test drive in the car I chose.
