Motability customer really good and so helpful

From 3 years ago when i decided to come to Peugeot for my car .i was blown away by jakes chamberlains attitude towards customers skills. He was such a genuine and caring young man and explained everything and went through everything i needed to know was only at Peugeot a year or so.i decided to come back again to see Jake about another car .and pleasantly surprised how how hes matured into a fine young man. I could of came into the branch the day before. But i wanted to see jake as it was his day off the day before. Once again blown away by his dedication to the customers and myself. Nothing was to much trouble. Even afterthe sale has been completed .he was still emailing me into the early evening and that would of been in his private time. Thats customer dedication right there.i really appreciate the time you have given me mate and so smooth with everything. You have a great young employee right there look after him and he will lool after his customers. Well done mate Gareth

Where do I start! My Peugeot 107 was recalled due to a safety feature with the rear window, I took the car to the Nottingham branch to have the work completed free of charge, the car has developed the same fault, in fact the window has completely dropped out, I can't drive the car because of this. I contacted Stellantis and was told that there could be a charge to look at the same fault!! Customer services are a complete waste of time, never listened, kept repeating the same thing over and over again, didn't understand a word of English. Absolutely shocking experience.

Friendly efficient hassle free experience

My partner and myself, are looking to purchase our first electric car, and as such embarked on looking at a number of different models in order to decide what would be the best fit for us. We visited the Stellantis & You Peugeot dealership in Nottingham, and were dealt with by Gary Seagrave. What a superb experience it was, and such a refreshing change from what we encountered elsewhere. Gary despite being aware we weren't at the point of purchase, showed us a number of different models to help us narrow our choice, answering all our questions in a relaxed and informative manner, explaining exactly all the things we needed to know about owning an electric vehicle. It was such a relaxed experience, and we cannot recommend Gary highly enough. Once we are ready to purchase, we know who we will be heading to see!

I can't recommend Jake enough, he was excellent, not pushy whatsoever, thoroughly explained everything about the car and I didn't feel at all as if I was just another sales number. A really lovely guy and a great experience dealing with him.
