The customer service was great especailly dealing with david hawkes from the garage stellantis on blackpool rd preston he was very professional ,and frendly ,there was no pressure in buying our lovely vechile ,and everything run smoothly,was kept up date on the progress of the sale ,so from start to finish was great,would recommend and give 5 stars.

David was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! He was so friendly, approachable and, most importantly, never pushy with the sales side of things. As a woman buying a car, that really goes a long way and made the whole experience feel comfortable and stress-free.
I explained my situation to David, and he was able to help straight away, finding me a deal that worked best for me with the quickest turnaround possible — and everything went smoothly with no problems at all.

Tried to obtain the Service history to my peugeot and after 10 calls to dealers - one person went out of his way to help - Paul Sharkey at Preston. Dealerships are run on relationships and I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to visit preston and speak to Paul. breath of fresh air.

I've had to lodge a formal complaint against two of the thugs (Lisa and Paul) who work at this dealership. They verbally abused and screamed at my elderly disabled mother, hounded her back to the car (where they proceeded to take pictures of the interior) and REFUSED TO HAND HER KEYS BACK TO HER. All this because she asked if they could bring her service forward as she couldn't do the FOUR HOUR WAIT they insisted on. She was abused and belittled so badly we're thinking of pursuing a hate crime complaint with the police, especially since they effectively unlawfully imprisoned her by refusing to return her keys to her. AWFUL SERVICE. We will never go back here again and I STRONGLY advise disabled people to steer clear. I seriously don't have the words to describe just how unspeakably ugly they were to my mother. I look forward to the outcome of the complaint I raised with Motability against these disgusting ableist thugs and will definitely be considering police intervention. The woman at Motability was AGHAST at the treatment my mother received. Shame on Lisa and Paul!!

I had a very poor experience with Stellantis & You Peugeot Preston regarding my nearly new Peugeot 208, which was only two months old when it developed an oil leak.

The vehicle had to be recovered to the dealership and remained with their workshop for several days while they investigated the issue. I was told there was “no oil leak” and that no fault could be found.

Concerned that something was clearly wrong, I took the car to Perrys Peugeot Blackburn for a second opinion. Their technicians immediately identified the problem as a gearbox oil seal failure causing the oil leak — something Stellantis & You Preston completely failed to diagnose despite having the vehicle for days.

This was extremely disappointing and has seriously affected my confidence in their aftersales service. I felt dismissed as a customer and was repeatedly reassured there was no issue when there clearly was one.

To make matters worse, I have since attempted to contact Stellantis & You Preston to raise a formal complaint and request a response, but so far I have received no reply whatsoever.

For a main Peugeot dealership, I expected a far higher level of professionalism, technical competence, and customer care.

I’m writing this on behalf of my father who recently purchased a used Peugeot from this showroom. First the 100 point check hadn’t been carried out, as the vehicle had to go to the service dept for approx five days for them to find the problem, receive the parts and carry out the repair.
Second my father was told by the sales team that the car carried 12 months warranty, when in fact it was 6 months. The only reason my father found out was when Steliantis warranty provider telephoned him after 6 months asking if he wanted to extend the warranty. My father feels that he has been misled by this as he would not have purchased the vehicle if it didn’t have 12 months warranty. He feels extremely let down by Steliantis and You’s Preston Branch!

Been to Stellantis and You Preston for the cars first service and 2 updates, friendly welcome in the service department by Paul and his team, booked in had a few cups of coffee car came back after being professionally cleaned by Prince.
Always a pleasant experience you are well looked after, the free coffee is a bonus although a few Danish wouldn’t go amiss.

Decent staff. Had an MOT and even got a wash and hoovering. Would recommend.

Last year we purchased the worst vehicle from this company and have had on going disputes ( the car closed not because I was wrong but because I used the vehicle for business purposes ).

The van looked like it had been rebuild around the front end the bumper was not paint matched to the original spec it's rattled when driving and if left for a few days a internal oil leak in to the turbo would cause it to smoke very badly on start up. It would constantly loose coolant and require topping up on a daily basis it was a cracked cylinder head the total cost of repairs on this vehicle in the space of the 6 months I owed it was just short of £11000 total cowboys here both Chris and Tim avoid at all cost
