After months of frustration with a persistent AdBlue fault, I cannot thank the team at Peugeot Preston enough for their outstanding support and professionalism. The fault stemmed from buying the car second-hand from a small local dealer who failed to properly investigate or resolve the issue. It was Peugeot who correctly identified that the AdBlue system had been disconnected and mapped, something no one else had spotted and they showed real perseverance in getting to the root of the problem.
The Preston team went above and beyond to look after me. They were friendly, understanding, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. They kept me informed, offered practical advice, and went out of their way to fit the repair in during a busy period so I wouldn’t be without my car longer than necessary, they made a difficult situation much easier to manage.
Thanks to their diligence, the fault has now been resolved and my car is running smoothly again. I’ve driven over 200 miles with no further warnings, and I’m hopeful the issue is fully behind me.
This kind of service is rare, not just technically competent, but genuinely caring. I’m so grateful and would highly recommend Peugeot Preston to anyone looking for a team that truly puts their customers first.

Heath came to collect my car. Text before he arrived. Call once car was done and on the way back. Heath was very polite and gave great communication.

Collected car at the time said he would, pleasant and kept me informed via text message. Returned car when said he would.

Tom and Ben were very helpful. They answered our questions, gave us time to consider the issues we had to address before making a decision about the purchase.
We were not pressured into buying any products that we didn’t want.
Tom explained all the issues we needed to be aware of and dealt with the sale transaction quickly and efficiently. Dave the manager, and John who had spoken to us a few days earlier were also helpful and understanding

We purchased a used Peugeot 2008 a little over a month ago now. Having shopped around many local dealers we found Stellantis (formerly Robins and Day) to be the best option, David was courteous, knowledgeable answering all our questions. We had a test drive and purchased the vehicle, also taking out their service plan which appears to be great value. Hi, i had my citroen air bags changed today at Your Preston branch , from the moment I walked through the door the whole experience was second to none, loveky helpful chatty staff , & just an overall good experience, I had to wait whilst me car was fixed as im not local & I had a lovely afternoon, free coffee/tea & WiFi, & my car was checked & cleaned for me in addition to the recall work.

Stellantis Preston has now contacted me three times to book a service that isn't required for 13 months.
As the dealer responsible for servicing my car I am disappointed that I am being contacted by the dealer for a service that isn't required.
When questioned the dealer told me it was an annual service- which is not correct...
