Fantastic service from Tim once again. Just received my 2nd car from this dealership and I am very, very happy with it!

An appointment time was given and David (Hawkes) was waiting for us with the car ready to view. He showed us round the car and its controls etc. He valued our own car and then we agreed to buy, whereupon we agreed a hand over date and time, which again went smoothly. David also promised ongoing help should we need it.

Picked up my 3008 from Tim at Preston store.. excellent from start to finish nothing was to much trouble for him and great to know that he will be there if anything is needed with the car in future

Welcomed warmly by Tim and after introductions, a warm cup of coffee and a chat, we were shown the variety of cars we were interested in. After sitting in a couple we took a car for a test drive. We were then shown our options and different prices and agreed on what we wanted. No fuss, no hard sell, a pleasant experience.

The team book the car in, then mot, service etc in the hands of the workshop, Dean and his team are always helpful and very efficient, work carried out to a great standard.
If any work is carried out, Dean explains the reasons and what work has been undertaken in layman's terms, so you fully understand.
The office keep you informed of progress and when your car will be ready.
Look forward to using the garage, for my next service.

We was wanting a petrol pugeot because we wasn't so keen on electric but once we arrived a sales agent named Tim Farrow managed to change our minds and we got a pugeot E 3008 GT , it is one of the best cars we have owned , Tim was absolutely fantastic he kept us updated , he always made sure we was comfortable leasing this car and he is so friendly and a really nice man , if your thinking of visiting this store I would strongly recommend Tim Farrow , thank you to the preston store for everything .

Lewis was an excellent guy to deal with, very knowledgeable and with a great personality. Let us take out an electric car for a test drive - very impressive. Lewis did his best to find us the right deal making some great offers unfortunately, not on their part, the deal was not done. Will certainly revisit this showroom in the near future.
