Reason.

I have both a physical and mental disabilities and neurodiversities.

i have the following diagnosed conditions .Anxiety, depression, high blood pressure, low hearing loss, dyslexia, dyscalculia,autism and ADHD. I have had a spinal operation in 2010 and i only have a partial part of my spine left and have a cage in my neck and and a piece of my spine left which limits my movements.

i had the car booked in for a service and diagnostic check. When i came in I approached a young man who asked if he could help, I explained that I bought a car from Gary King and it is in for service and a diagnostic check. He pointed me over to the service desk. Where I met a young girl . i explained as per above and explained all my conditions and the reason that it was in. She asked for my details, which i gave her and she highlighted my details on a list. She said that I would have to pay £150 for the diagnostic check as it is not covered in the warranty. i said that this is misleading and mis selling and not being open and transparent. she read out the warranty and said any unreasonable diagnosic time or any diagnostic time which doesnt result in a valid claim. I said that it states at the beginning at the end , reasonable diagnostic time will be covered . So i pointed out that any reasonable diagonstic time was covered. I told her that i was not paying th e extra £150 as it is covered in my warranty.

she raised her voice

I told her that she had not not informed me in any email or text that i had to to pay extra. which is misleading and an lie. She pointed to the warranty again and raised he voice and i said there is no need to shout at me. she said i was the one shouting.I said that i would like to speak to a manager and one came over with four other men who all surrounded me. I told what has happened and he stated that it was me that was shouting, which I said that this was a breach of the disability act and equality act 2010
one large male came accross and told me to leave very agressivly and he took my bag from me and pushed my coat in. i told him that he was not allowed to touch my property and give it back to me. He said you have to leave and he he grabbed my arm and assaulted me. I told him if he assaulted me again I would have to defend myself.

I asked them took look at the CCTV which will prove i was not being aggressive they were and that they assaulted me. I told them that I will never deal with peugeot or buy there cars ever again.

I have raised a formal complaint with Peugeot.

Hope this cover's the reason enough.

Having dealt with David previously at this Peugeot dealership I knew I could trust him and the garage, I needed a car for my son asap as his former car was a death trap. I phoned David who sourced me a used car to the speciation and price I wanted he sent me an email video of the car and I purchased the vehicle without test driving that’s how much I value his opinion.

Popped in to Stellantis Peugeot Preston as I has seen a second hand car i wanted. I met David Hawkes who explained that car had gone but was very helpful in getting me the best deal on a brand new one. The communication all the way through was great (even though I must have got on his nerves with all the questions). These questions and queries were answered immediately and politely and I was really happy. When I got the car David explained everything fully and off I went, confident I could drive the hour back home without fuss! Thanks David 😊

Met Tim Farrow in March at Stellantis Preston. Tim was excellent in understanding our needs and was not pushy in trying to get us to buy and very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining everything about the car we had in mind, a new Peugeot 208GT
We placed an order and although delivery was delayed a few months due to the supply and demand of the car, not his fault, he kept us updated on its progress
When we took delivery he sat with us in the car and went through all the functions, and there’s lots of them and set them to our preferences
