From the second I rang the garage to enquire if the car was still available Brody as been nothing but helpful, no pushy sales techniques at all.
I arranged a test drive, Brody was informative throughout and professional.
The car was in great condition and the chips I had concerns about were all taken care of.
On collection the process was the smoothed and quicket Iv know when buying a car in and out in the hour!!
Brody ensured that I was informed throughout the whole process and even after collection he as contacted me to make sure everything is ok
Iv brought a LOT of cars and this garage is the best one Iv brought a car from without a doubt- I would highly recommend and would return.

Great experience, explained well, made the process simple

I recently purchased the new Peugeot 3008 2024, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Jay from Stellantis was incredibly helpful throughout the process, he made sure everything was easy to understand and guided me to get the best possible deal. His knowledge and advice were spot on, making the entire purchase smooth and stress-free. Big thanks to Jay and the Stellantis team for their outstanding service.

I had help from Jay who was very helpful and made the process simple. He helped with registering the new vehicle I'd purchased as well which I appreciated. He also went out of his way to fix a small flaw with the car before handing it over to me and I was grateful for the honesty as it was not something I would have noticed myself.

Sold a leapmotor by Brody and very happy with our experience. Car delivered at expected time, and Brody took as much time as we needed to go through all the tech on the car.. and has been very communicative throughout the entire process. Very happy with our service.

Luke Ingham went above and beyond. From helping me choose the right car, explaining the services and requirements. Nothing was too much trouble. I really can't thank him enough. I've not only brought a fantastic car, the whole experience was easy and stress free. That's all thanks to Luke.

The worst customer service i have ever experienced... After I had a major service, not even 400 miles later, a warning light appeared with an engine oil pressure fault. I checked the oil, and they had put close to double the amount of oil needed; it was way past the max level on the dipstick.

Went to the dealership, showed a mechanic a video and picture. He agreed it was too high and asked for the car to be brought in to run a diagnostic and drain the excess oil. I didn't hear anything for two days until I got a call saying I needed a new wet belt. Mind you, I asked repeatedly in person and over text for it to be checked during the service, and they said they had done so.

So now, within a month/400 miles, I've gone from the car being spot-on after the service to now being £1360 down. Obviously, I've complained, and zero accountability has been taken. I requested a refund for the major service that cost £360, but it was refused because, according to them, the oil level was totally fine. They claimed I must have had the car on a slant or uphill.Shocker I didn't. I was on a flat road and I had pictures from two separate days. They then sent me a video of a mechanic putting the dipstick in and out. I had to laugh because it was such a joke. It was clearly taken either after they did the repair or, more than likely, moments after I asked for proof that the oil level was correct the entire time.

The reception are pretty much useless I had to constantly chase them for status updates. When you do manage to get through to talk to them, you are either put on hold until they cut you off or, as happened twice, they transfer you to another customer. I had a lovely chat with a lady who was also having issues with the terrible customer service.

I've already filed a formal complaint with Peugeot and will be taking further action with the motor ombudsman, as the customer care and service I received was nothing short of a disgrace. I will never take my car back there again, and I will most definitely never purchase another Peugeot if this is the kind of customer service they provide.

This is my second brand new car sold to us by Rebekah of the Sheffield Peugeot group & what can I say, she is so polite and very helpful letting me know everything about the deals they have on! she goes above and beyond, calls you back when she said she would! a credit the company :)

The customer service I received from Jay was exceptional. I get very anxious dealing with online tech but Jay put me at ease by being understanding and showing patience and making sure I understood everything relating to the sale of my new Peugeot. He turned something I was dreading into an enjoyable experience. Jay is an asset to the company.

Our new motor home has had a tyre pressure monitor warning light on from two months of ownership. Its been into Stellantis Sheffield 2 times and it wasn’t fixed. For the 3rd time we left it with them for 6 weeks as it is now due for an MOT and yes 6 weeks on and it still hasn’t been sorted. If it isn’t sorted it won’t pass the MOT. Our MOT IS DUE WHERE DO WE GO NOW ! Don’t buy a Peugeot if this is the aftercare 3 years on !!!!

The Service Reception was most helpful and the service was done efficiently and completed in a timely manner. The car was nicely cleaned.

Amazing experience for us, jay (our car dealer man) helped up as we are all new to this and did such a perfect job!! Welcoming happy vibes from and great communication. Highly recommended to anyone second thinking it or even if your not thinking about it, go for it.

Just got back from a test drive of the C10 with Brody.
He was very polite knowledgeable about a newish car and went a bit further than most with a few tips on customising the apps good experience and puts the car near the top of my list.

This is our 9th car from this dealership team and we have always had excellent service from various sales members.
We were looked after by Jay this time and he was absolutley fantastic from start to finish.
We called in for a chat after Jay contacted us as our current deal was nearing the end and walked out with a new car !
Jay was professional and friendly and had great knowledge of the cars,he was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.
He made the whole sales process hassle free and couldnt have done more to help,an absolute star and a real asset to Stellantis.
