Peugeot Garage, Penistone Road, Sheffield. I’ve had such a bad experience here after being a loyal customer for years. Think twice before taking your car here. I pay £300 a year for a service plan which has always included a MOT, been for years no issues. I was told by an employee called Tyra that I had to pay for the MOT. I questioned this, she was extremely rude about it, seems confused for it to be included. Tyra went to check and yes it is included. I wonder how many people have been charged without realising. When booking the appointment, the employee upsold me antifreeze refill which was £95. My own fault for agreeing to this, to be told by many friends this is extortionate. I was told it really needed this doing so trusted what he was saying to be the right thing to do. I was then called and they said my car needs a diagnostic test and it will cost £156 just for the diagnostic test, something to do with emissions. Most garages charge around £25 for this! Utter rip off!
My bill didn’t add up correct, again questioned this and Tyra was just rude, bad attitude and absolutely not professional. Be careful what your paying for, make sure you check your bill. A bit more training in customer service is needed at this place. I've been coming here for years and never had a problem before. I decided to take my car elsewhere, totally lost trust in them. Picked my car up, went to a local garage to do the MOT and it passed with no mention of the emissions, no idea what Peugeot were trying to charge me for! Will never return, I will be cancelling my service plan with them and certainly would never buy a car from them.

Arranged for car to be collected and returned to me. Everyone I spoke to during the process was polite, friendly and helpful. The car was collected and returned as arranged, having also been cleaned, with no problems experienced. The charge was totally comparable with other smaller garages.
