Had to get a service today unexpectedly at the Wimbledon branch about my Citroën Berlingo December 23.
A fault came up yesterday and I immediately contacted Stellantis by popping into the showroom.
Nelson was amazing, along with Jordan and Nicola 🤔
Even though it was a surprise oil fault it was quickly dealt with.
All running smoothly again.
As a sole trader I need my vehicle and the staff were professional and helpful.
Definitely would recommend.

We had a great experience with Nova at Wimbledon today. Her knowledge and understanding of our needs were very professional. It made a very smooth morning. We would give her 11/10 if possible.

Edit: after I contacted James, he immediately booked an appointment to fix the steering wheel and the INSP light that hadn’t been fixed during the previous booking. Both are now solved. The only reason why I didn’t give 5* is because, despite asking to have the car ready the same day, I was the one who had to chase for updates and was eventually told the car was ready when it was too late for me to reach the garage, despite me bringing he car in early in the morning.
I will give another chance to gain 5* in May when I have another booking.

Contacted today for my car service and informed them I will never use them again. Been ripped off for 14 years. Had brakes changed 3 times - only 23,000 on the clock now! Last year they said coolant tank was cracked so I checked with another garage - they said nothing wrong with it. You would have thought following the culling of dealerships that those remaining would step up but NO! Still ripping us off!

Nova was excellent from the start to the end of our journey buying our car. We were new to the process so Nova kindly went through everything in detail and was very patient with us. We’re very happy with our car - thanks Nova and Stellantis!

I was seen by an associate called Jade who was very helpful and understanding. She took the time to deal with my requests and helped me with all my questions!

Worst customer service is have ever had. Lack of honesty with timings. Kept my van in the workshop for a whole week only to be told they were too busy to even look at it. Completely disrupted my workflow and will never come back here for mechanical issues.

Jay was very helpful discussing my options and explaining what I did not understand. He even tuned the radio on my car to my favouritw channel and clearly and patiently explained the new dashboard lay out which was more complicated than my old car

Medhi was very helpful. I had a great experience overall.

My experience reached high expectations for Peugeot when looking for another vehicle but same model. Peugeot Rep sales person Miss Nova was very helpful and found a perfect match. I was blown over when she found the vehicle of same model only newer. Transitions from old to new vehicle was very smooth and quick , Nova is a great asset to the company (Peugeot) very supportive and knowledgeable when communicating fine details of products available. Thank you Miss Nova very much for your full support in obtaining newer model.

A customer service advisor named Medhi at the car dealership at Stellantis and You in Wimbledon he is such a genuine, happy go lucky, honest, hardworking and friendly salesman. I was about to purchase a vehicle from him however due to personal circumstances I wasn’t able to go ahead on this occasion. However I do hope that Medhi is not discouraged because of this because it is not his fault nor my fault that I was not able to go ahead to purchase this vehicle. I do know that Medhi will definitely get other genuine customers that would purchase suitable vehicles from him. Medhi does not mess around he takes his job and customer’s needs seriously. I wish Medhi all the best for the future. :)

No one seems to be able to respond to a single enquiry about the Stellantis app. Gone to do MOT for Peugeot 5008. App was disconnected while doing it since impossible to know who is responsible because prior to the MOT it was part of my package now. When disconnected while do the MOT to have re- installed i had to purchase for it. THIS IS NOT CORRECT. PAYING FOR IT ALREADY IN MY ACTUAL ACTIVE CAR PAYMENT. SO WHY SHOULD I PAID FOR IT .IT means this app is being paid twice. No.one dealer Peugeot or Stellantis are acknowledge 🤔 it. Send back and forward but nothing be sorted. So to continue using the app I had to continue to pay for as well.

It was an absolute joy, going into Vauxhall wimbledon, I was greated by salesperson Jade, she was so polite and professional. She knew exactly about what i wanted. A real asset to there company
