Nova was awesome and super helpful walking me through my first ev buying experience, especially with finding me a courtesy car for the next week until my car is ready for delivery.

Nova was incredibly helpful. She ensured that our experience of buying a used car was so easy and made sure that everything we requested was done. This included sorting out some scuffs to the alloys at short notice.

My goat Nova, originally I wasn’t sure Vauxhall was the brand of car for me but I walked in one day undecided and immediately she started helping me and convincing me she told me about their Astra range and all the amazing features it comes with and now I’ve been sold. recently exchanged my car on a PCP agreement for the third time.
I have on all three occasions used Vauxhall / Stellantis.

I bought a second hand CITROEN DS3 from Stellantis Hatfield end of September 2024. On the 7th March 2025, I took the car for its MOT. It failed for emissions and other quite severe issues. So then as I am closer to the Wimbledon branch, I booked the car into their service department on the 11th March as I was still covered under warrenty. It. has fallen onto my own efforts to continuously follow up and inquire about the repairs my car was undergoing. After reaching out daily with the Wimbledon branch, I was given the same answer with no resolution, feeling as though the problem kept getting pushed further and further and my case was not been prioritised. The car sat into their workshop for weeks without making any progress and having any sort of urgency into the issue. As per my warranty, I was entitled to a courtesy car, which they never offered me. After days of sending email/phone calls of complaints the Hatfield branch offered me one.
My car finally was ready for collection on the 10th April. This case was handled in a very unprofessional and dismissive way causing significant inconvenience and distressed.

It was very easy to book in I was given the choice of a taxi as they didn't have a car for me but I didn't need it because I was happy to stay on site as the work didn't take too long and I was well looked after by the staff overall it was a great experience thank you stellantis Wimbledon.
