When buying my vehicle in 2023, it is true that the process was really easy. however, it seems that, at Stellantis, the only communications worthy of attention are those relating to sale. Otherwise, it's radio silence. I have been trying to get someone to provide some clarification regarding the callback of vehicles fitted with the notorious Takata airbags for weeks, to no avail.

Ash made the whole experience so easy and personable… in the end it was less about the car or brand… but more about the service being the differentiator. Ash made my whole family feel valued around the decisions on the car… even my 4 year old niece who now calls him the car man. Service and delivery at its best. Car is great too!!!!

I had the pleasure to deal with Reece.Very professional approach and knowledge convinced me to buy new car.
