Wonderful experience. Absolutely impressed! We booked a cruise with Stewart travel, hotels and flights. They booked our seats on the plane, checked us in, and printed and posted all the vouchers and tickets which arrived before we even started packing. To us, it was a fantastic surprise, made our preparation to go on holiday a lot less stressful and is one more reason to book with Stewart travel again.
Our travel agent was Demi Miller and she was always available and very helpful.
I want to thank all the team of Stewart travel for making our holiday so special.
We are normally going on 4 abroad holidays a year, 2 cruises and 2 land holidays and booked our previous holidays with lots of different companies but never received such a great service!

We booked a princess cruise with Ethan in Belfast office. Our deal included private transfers throughout - what a luxury! All our documents were printed off in full colour for us and we picked them up in store in a handy wallet. Ethan went that extra mile for us by swapping out flights n was so helpful. I would highly recommend Stewart Travel.

We can't thank Jade, Elaine and the rest of the team at Stewart Travel in Troon for the effort and work they put in trying to rearrange flights to Japan for us, due to the cancellation of our original flights as a result of the situation in the Middle East to all. Horrible place to work, manager was not people friendly, very cliquey and hard to make friends. Only interested in marketing to old folk and no interest in families or younger groups.
Would think twice if you are looking at working for them, actually would highly recommend Barrhead Travel instead, completely different vibe it's no wonder they do better as a business.

Today I enquired about a Fred Olsen Norwegian Cruise. I dealt with Natalie Felletti, who I can only describe as excellent. She emailed me the quote nd then we had numerous telephone calls. Throughout, Natalie was patient, knowledgeable and a joy to deal with. Her sense of humour was excellent, and she is a credit to Stewart Travel. Thank you so much, Natalie, for all your help and laughs!! It goes without saying that we booked the holiday!

The advice and knowledge of the hotel location and rating given to us by Rhona Pender at stewart travel was excellent. Just like Rhone her knowledge,customer service is second to none.

After our holiday to India via Dubai was cancelled by Stewart Travel due to the current situation in the Middle East and the UK government advice about travel their we received a full refund within 4 days which pleasantly surprised me as when we had numerous holidays cancelled due to COVID with a different company it was taking anything up to 12 weeks to receive a refund.

My wife and I had been planning a trip for years to Dubai and the Maldives. We flew with Emirates from Edinburgh to Dubai, stayed for a couple of nights then flew Dubai to Male and boat transfer to Maldives resort for a week then back to Dubai for couple of nights then home. We booked through Stewart Travel and the level of service we received from Linda and the team was outstanding. We were presented with three options of what we were looking for from the holiday within 24 hours of initial meeting with Linda. All of the private transfers arranged by the team were spot on considering we were going back and forth between Dubai and Maldives. This took any stress away from us and enhanced the holiday experience.

We will definitely book with Stewart Travel again and if you are planning a holiday then you will know you are in good hands with Linda and her team.

Planning this trip to New Zealand over x-mas beat me. So even with my decades long experience in airline and travel businesses I gave up. I handed it over to Mark at Stewart Travel. I should have done that sooner and not wasted my time. I saved a lot of money. I saved a lot of time and got to see Saigon and Hong Kong into the deal. Great hotels, great transfers, wonderful advice. Incredible flexibility regarding choice. I also gained an overall feeling of security knowing that this trip was backed by an ATOL cover and someone on the end of a phone if anything went wrong. Pre departure I was also able to visit the Ayr store and ask some final questions in person with a real and wonderful human being. 11/10 as we say in the music world!

The Bishopbriggs Team are fantastic at what they do. We have just returned from a City break to Prague which was terrific, tiring but terrific. Advise give was 2nd to none and Hotel book was spot on prime spot in easy reach to all our sightseeing needs. Thank you Stewart Travel. The Irvine team are the best travel agents i have ever used. Being an extensive world traveller the Irvine team go above and beyond in making my experience the best .
From booking , through to after sales they are so welcoming and caring to ensure we have the best holiday ever. Cannot praise them enough.

In booking flights to New Zealand for a family visit, I felt that I was directed towards a particular route which was not what I had in mind. I had to chase for ticket collection etc, not the experience I have had with other travel agents.

From going into the travel agent to booking holiday less than 1 hour , from going on holiday to coming home 7 day of pure bliss ! I would easily recommend Stewart travel for all your holiday needs

My wife and I booked a cruise to South Korea and Japan through Stewart Travel , there was only a slight problem and it was regarding a taxi pick up , but it was sorted out after contacting Rhona at Stewart Travel even though she was on holiday in Turkey at the time , she contacted her branch and it was dealt with , excellent service , The cruise was my first experience of holidaying on a ship , I thoroughly enjoyed it and met many new friends from all over the world , I would recommend booking any holiday through Stewart Travel as they go above and beyond to help you book and enjoy your holiday , and make sure you have a great holiday and most of all great memories to cherish , Well done Rhona and Agnes ,

My wife and I are back from a multi trip abroad we booked last month with Caitlyn, at Stewart travel irvine shop. We cannot thank her enough, she was excellent from the start , showed a genuine interest in are plans and was friendly and professional. Caitlyn kept us up to date after booking and also contacted us on our return to see how it went and for any feedback ! excellent customer service ! Will definitely use again and would recommend.

All the staff at Paisley Stewart Travel are wonderful.
From Cyprus, Spain, Portugal, Disneyland Paris to Amsterdam the team have always sorted us out with what is right for us.
May Jane in particular went above and beyond when we thought we couldn't make our Amsterdam trip. Thankfully we managed and had an amazing 4 days.
I don't do online booking as I prefer someone with the knowledge and expertise to guide me in finding the perfect holiday and I have never been disappointed.

We have just came back from a trip to America arranged by Roseanne gage /online manager , fabulous trip , great price , Roseanne spent time to build the package we experienced , all the hotels we stayed in were great , would absolutely do it again
