We used Eamonn at Stewart Travel Belfast for booking our cruise for our honeymoon. Eamonn was fantastic and sorted everything for us from the pre cruise hotel stay, private transfers,post cruise hotel stay and travel insurance. Everything was absolutely perfect and he kept us up to date throughout the booking process, answered any queries quickly and posted out all our documents so we literally only had to show up for our holiday. I will definitely be using Stewart Travel again in the future especially with Eamonn and his amazing customer service skills.

I arranged a visit to Vancouver at very short notice and Carol Harvey at the Bishopbriggs office was outstanding in ensuring that everything went smoothly. Four flights and two hotels went like clockwork and the important thing was that Carol kept me advised continually of the arrangements. I need an agent to attend to all of this and I am so pleased that I found someone who excels at her job.

Megan took all of our needs into consideration and sent us away with some options.
We picked her top recommendation and it was amazing. Whole holiday was straightforward and service was excellent.
Megan at Stewart Travel took care of everything. Booking process was quick and efficient and her after sales service was great. Answered all the silly questions and professionally dealt with a small issue with travel docs.

Thank you to Stewart Travel for a wonderful holiday, I actually won a holiday voucher and with the help of my local Stewart Travel agents in Inverurie (Justine) for giving me lots of different locations and hotels to pick from, we decided on Ibiza as we had never been before . We had a wonderful time and our hotel was just lovely.
I now want to get my next holiday booked so we can have something to look forward too.

Flight was cancelled and was given no real support from yourselves. Link to claim back expenses from airlines was simply sent. I had to sort everything out myself. I have spent alot of money with this travel agent’s over the past two years. I will not be using yourselves anymore. Really disappointed 😢

Booking the holiday was stress free and quick at our local travel agents, Stewart Travel, in Irvine. We gave our regular, friendly passionate agent, Julie our requirements and conditions, she came up with the dates and location which we prefer, very quickly. The deal suited our budget, area and amenities. We booked an 11 night stay at a hotel overlooking Los Cristianos, on Tenerife. We were warned that there may be some renovation works in some parts of the hotel but this did not affect us and we never heard anyone else complaining. We'd stayed here before and the staff were equally as friendly and more importantly, we will consider this again, depending upon our requirements. Keep it up please and see you again soon!

Haven’t been on holiday abroad for 6 years, decided to use travel agents, was told about Stewart travel and popped in , Jamie at the Forge branch was brilliant, spent a long time helping and advising us on where is good and would suit us. We settled on Sidari in Corfu and it was brilliant! Every single thing about hotel , resort , flights he got spot in , we will definitely go back to rebook for next year
Thoroughly recommend speaking to Jamie to book rather than online booking, years of travel at experience can’t be heard if you are booking yourself

Hotel was lovely clean med room every day

We haven’t used a travel agent or been on a package holiday for 40 years. The horrible weather over the winter and spring made us feel the need for some sunshine, and we walked into Stewart Travel for holiday ideas. Claire seemed to just know what would be right for us and her personal experience of Rhodes helped us decide. We had a brilliant holiday and don’t think we could have done it ourselves.

I have been using the Helensburgh shop for years for trips all over the world and everyone has been a great success. The knowledge of the staff is excellent and they manage problems expertly. On our last trip our disembarkation port from a cruise was changed to a completely different country thousands of miles apart, within hours flights had been arranged to Dubai and our flight home rearranged and paid for by Stewart Travel insurance. That is really first class service.

Original holiday for September 2023 had to cancel due to earthquake in Morocco, rebooked for March 2024 same itinerary Extra legroom seats,Welcome Transfer in Marrakech booked.
Confusion on rebooking over Extra legroom seats Stewart Travel missed Extra legroom seats only managed to get one on return journey we had to have separate seats on return origally paid for two.
Welcome Transfer confusion on arrival not well organised.
Departure Welcome Transfer 07.20 failed to turn up,had to find local taxi at additional cost.
Contacted Welcome Transfer for reason and refund told nothing they can do contact Stewart Travel and they will investigate.

This was our first time using Stewart Travel and it certainly wont be the last. Dougie was such a blessing - his knowledge is second to none, his customer service, attention to detail, promptness, courteousness, professionalism and ability to plan is superlative. He is the most responsive travel agent I have ever worked with (by far), no matter what obstacle we put in his way nothing was ever too much trouble. Dougie went above and beyond and made every part of the choosing and booking process 100% stress free. I would highly recommend Stewart Travel.

We went to the branch at Ayr and Jocelyn dealt with us exceptionally booking flights cruise and all taxi transfers in LA and a two night stay at a hotel. All went great and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Jocelyn also informed us of a last minute change of itinerary due to an environmental issue in Northern California . The only downside was the utter chaos at LA port owing to disembarking and embarking passengers mixing.at the port.The welcome aboard the ship was very poor and almost non existent this was entirely the responsibility of Princess cruises . Once the ship sailed we got the experience we had hoped. We will certainly be using Stewart travel again
