Booked a cruise with the Kilmarnock branch. Advised we knew nothing about cruises but quiet fancied royal because of their activities on board but we're open to ideas, explained that we cannot sit and sunbathe for more than a couple of hours as we get bored quickly but we're all ears for suggestions. We were talked in to Celebrity beyond which as we have found out is the complete opposite of what we wanted with activities such as, line dancing, anti wrinkle treatment and acupuncture for arthritis. We are 31 years old and were the youngest on board by a good 25 years. We have raised a complaint through Stewart travels official customer services. That was up until Thursday where our emails have now been ignored and we are now getting radio silence. We have used Stewart travel for many years without an issue but never again. Stay well clear unless you want a holiday to be missold to you and you end up waisting over £5000!

A big thankyou to Stewart travel kilmarnock, especially kirsty Hood manager, for arranging our holiday to Vietnam 🇻🇳, beautiful people and country with a diversity of culture, food and amazing places to visit, We have so many highlights and memories to treasure, and wish we could do it all again, 3 fabulous cities, saigon, ho chi min and Hanoi, so many more still to explore!!!

We have previously used Stewart travel & found them to be efficient & friendly, However, this trip had unforeseen tragedy when my wife missed her footing & fell onto a marble floor breaking her femur, needless to say we are both still in Tenerife, my wife still in hospital since the 14/3/25, awaiting release from hospital, & assistance to travel home.

Just back from the Mayfair Hotel in Paphos booked through Linda and her team in Helensburgh, the service once again was excellent who answered all my questions, their relationship with Jet 2 Holidays is 10/10, thanks again ladies

I am going to go straight down the middle with this company, yes the communication was great for our cruise to come but when i investigated where they are putting us up in San Francisco it was quite scary and the Hotel is surrounded by homeless people so i have gone and booked another hotel in a better location at my own expense.
Pity as they have spoilt what would of probably been a 5 star but have to deducted 2 stars for the pre cruise stay, please check with them before you book to make sure it is not going to be the Hotel Bijou union square.

Had a fabulous holiday in KhaoLak, Thailand. Hotel on the recommendation of Linda, as always, a good choice. All the girls in the Helensburgh office are first class, expert, and nothing is too much trouble for them. I can’t wait for them to tell me where I’m going next !

I booked a cruise through Stewart Travel in Paisley. We booked in October 2024 for a Canaries Cruise from 28th December to the 4th January 2025. They are so professional. Prompt service. Got exactly what i was looking for. It was great to receive all correspondence ie travel documemts boarding passes etc printed off and sent out to us. First time booking with Stewart Travel but it won't be the last. Stewart Travel and Jet2 the way to holiday

I have used Stewart Travel in Helensburgh for holidays and city breaks for several years now. Sam always gets what I am looking for, she knows the type of hotels my husband and I like for city breaks. Usually with Jet2. Also more lively ones when all the family goes away for winter sun at New Year. Just back from a week in the Las Palmaras, In Playas Las Americas, Tenerife.
Hotel, food, entertainment, staff etc were all first class.
Recommend Helensburgh branch.

Booked my holiday in tenerife over a year ago asked for a hotel with no hills got dropped off at hotel to be faced with a hill asked for a view of the beach all I got was a view of traffic the flight back was changed till later but the transfer was not changed spent 4 hours at airport and also paid for seats on the return journey got wrong seats

We had a wonderful time on the Coastal Voyage in Norway.
Nordnorge was a great ship & the accommodation of an Arctic Superior cabin was amazing.
Food was sometimes a little cold,but the staff were friendly and helpful.
The ports of call were varied & while it would have been better to have more time ashore it was interesting to see so many interesting places.
It is really just a local ferry,but this did not detract from the experience of an adventure in the Arctic.
The excursions were varied & interesting with my favourite being the Dog Sledding in Tromso.
I would recommend it to anyone.
Stewart Travel once again organised everything for us to make it a memorable experience.
Will certainly be using Donna & her staff again in the near future.

We have had a great experience again after booking another holiday with Julie. Great service from start to finnish. we used the carpark at the Flying Scot which was a brilliant service. Julie also booked our private taxi and again a great service.We were booked in to Lava Beach Hotel in Lanzarote which deserves their 5 stars. An absolutely amazing hotel with the best staff making your holiday special. Thank you Julie for your attention to detail.

Just returned from holiday with Stewart Travel, this is my 6th holiday with them and won’t be my last!! excellent service!

I contacted Stewart Travel agency Helensburgh for my trip in western USA.
Sam has been brilliant, has done everything to find the perfect trip for me. The trip has been amazing, an unforgettable experience of 4600 km visiting amazing places from canyons to lakes, mountains and beautiful cities.

We had a great trip to L.A,San Francisco & Princess cruise.We had great confidence in Dougie getting our accommodation, transfers & cruise and he was so professional in his position and suppling our requests of accommodation.We needed a few changes to our plans and Dougie was able to get us what we requested.The service we were given from Dougie from start to completion was impeccable and five star.Looking forward to having Dougie catering for our holiday to Australia in 2026.
That is after he looks after trip on Oasis of the Seas in September 20025.

Allways get a brilliant holiday with Stuart travel they never fail to go all out for you find u the best holiday just bck from Gran Canaria with my daughter the hotel was amazing the food was amazing and that’s dwn to Stuart travel wouldn’t go with any other travel agent the girls in paisley branch check u in there and bck print all your boarding passes give u less stres as possible thanks Stuart travel definitely recommend u set a budget they sure will find u something amazing I’ll be Bck down soon to book my next holiday thank you for making my daughter birthday holiday a 1 to remember

I saw a multi destination trip to USA that I wanted to amend to incorporate an extra stop.

Jade was so helpful - she listened to exactly what my priorities were and came back with some options

The hotels she recommended were excellent and overall the trip had been exceptional

Absolute halfwits do not book with them just spent thousands on route 66 with them and it was a shambles from the word go the hotel was 1hour away from the airport and they sent us 400miles away from route 66 do not book with this company

Had a great experience, holiday was wonderful and most things went really smoothly......flight delays because of storm. Staff kept us informed of any changes prior to departure. Have booked another holiday before I had gone with Stewart Travel. But I will definitely be going there first from now on.

Fantastic service, Natalie was very helpful with us booking our first holiday abroad as a family. She worked to our budget and found us something perfect for us and our son. Natalie advised us on flight times and working these around my little ones naps. Everything worked out perfectly and we all enjoyed our holiday. I will 100% be contacting Natalie in the Paisley Branch again for future bookings. I cannot fault the service we received from both Stewart Travel & Jet2
