In booking flights to New Zealand for a family visit, I felt that I was directed towards a particular route which was not what I had in mind. I had to chase for ticket collection etc, not the experience I have had with other travel agents.

From going into the travel agent to booking holiday less than 1 hour , from going on holiday to coming home 7 day of pure bliss ! I would easily recommend Stewart travel for all your holiday needs

My wife and I booked a cruise to South Korea and Japan through Stewart Travel , there was only a slight problem and it was regarding a taxi pick up , but it was sorted out after contacting Rhona at Stewart Travel even though she was on holiday in Turkey at the time , she contacted her branch and it was dealt with , excellent service , The cruise was my first experience of holidaying on a ship , I thoroughly enjoyed it and met many new friends from all over the world , I would recommend booking any holiday through Stewart Travel as they go above and beyond to help you book and enjoy your holiday , and make sure you have a great holiday and most of all great memories to cherish , Well done Rhona and Agnes ,

My wife and I are back from a multi trip abroad we booked last month with Caitlyn, at Stewart travel irvine shop. We cannot thank her enough, she was excellent from the start , showed a genuine interest in are plans and was friendly and professional. Caitlyn kept us up to date after booking and also contacted us on our return to see how it went and for any feedback ! excellent customer service ! Will definitely use again and would recommend.

All the staff at Paisley Stewart Travel are wonderful.
From Cyprus, Spain, Portugal, Disneyland Paris to Amsterdam the team have always sorted us out with what is right for us.
May Jane in particular went above and beyond when we thought we couldn't make our Amsterdam trip. Thankfully we managed and had an amazing 4 days.
I don't do online booking as I prefer someone with the knowledge and expertise to guide me in finding the perfect holiday and I have never been disappointed.

Highly recommend the team.

We have just came back from a trip to America arranged by Roseanne gage /online manager , fabulous trip , great price , Roseanne spent time to build the package we experienced , all the hotels we stayed in were great , would absolutely do it again

Previously booked a round the world trip with Sam. The service was second to none. Wanted to book another extended holiday and called hoping to speak with Sam; she was on a day off. Spoke with Charlene, she was a delight to do business with too.

My first holiday abroad we booked it through Stewart Travel and it went even better than we imagined. Our flights and plane seats were all great and the flight went smoothly. The hotel was amazing and we wouldn't have found somewhere as great as that if it wasn't for them. And the price was great, especially for a big family.

I was very very impressed by the service from this travel agent. They called me to tell me that my tickets were ready. (that was unusual these days) When I arrived they went through the booking to make sure all was ok and supplied me with labels for my luggage and my boarding cards for all flights. I have never had this kind of service for years, normally you have to do it all yourselves online. I will definitely book all my future travel through the shop in Inverurie, who are very helpful and friendly.

I’ve been dealing with the cruise team at Stewart Travel over the past two weeks to organise a special birthday trip for my husband. Unfortunately, I ran into a number of frustrating banking issues on my end, which made the process quite stressful.

Throughout it all, the team—especially the wonderful ladies I spoke to—were incredibly helpful, patient, and supportive. They went above and beyond to accommodate our preferred dates and worked with me through every complication with kindness and professionalism.

Their outstanding customer service and genuine friendliness turned what could have been a very upsetting experience into a positive one. I’m truly grateful and will definitely continue booking with Stewart Travel. I can’t recommend this amazing enough!

Sadly, we found Stewart's provided only the basic info and help. Learnt more about the cruise we'd booked from a colleague that had been. Also, the TuI app was very much more informative. All Stewart's did was take our booking really and provide e-tickets I could've printed myself.
This is the second time in a year I've used them and they didn't help with the last trip to Chicago when we missed connection flight when we were delayed all of about 10 mins. Just told it was the airlines fault and nothing to do with them that we didn't manage the flight connection, that they'd booked for us. The turn over time was most likely undoable to begin with.
Probably best to book direct 🙂

Everything was perfect from booking to end of holiday. Just returned from Lake Garda where we enjoyed a wonderful holiday. The hotel and the resort were just exactly as the brochure set out. The staff at Stewart travel were attentive and supportive and very helpful.

First class service from Stewart travel from start to finish of our holiday booking. I booked for a party of 8 to go to a villa in Florida with car hire. The villa was excellent and exceeded my expectations. Unfortunatey while there, one of the party had a heart attack and Stewart Travel, Troon could not have been more helpful and caring. Five star service

Excellent travel agents...when i walked thru the door I told the agent the holiday i wanted and I got exactly that. Was superb and a great price too. Will definitely be back to book my next holiday.

Can't blame Stewart travel they get 10 out of ten. But jet 2 holidays should be more honest about this hotel hotel president. They claim 4 star two star more like. Too many hidden charges and poor location.also rooms shown are nothing like in reality. I would avoid this hotel at all cost

Not a great start to my new request . Booked holiday beginning of March 25 , with Irvine branch. . Flew back to Scotland on Wednesday 28/3/25 and contacted Stewart Travel on Tuesday 01/4/25. Looking for a further booking May 25 holiday. Unfortunately, after 2 phone calls I have not had a response to my request or my phone calls. Irvine branch, Scotland.
