This lift has been a life changer. It means that we can use both floors in our house with ease. Its safety features give us a sense of security . We could not survive without it.

I first tried another company for an estimate, as Stiltz being one of the big players might not be that good. Other company, started with the worst site salesman in history. Called Stiltz, Perfect start, worked out ideal spot for our Life, which does not take up much room. And very hand for getting other thing down stairs as well, Job well done from start to finish. Friendly teams as well.

All went well from planning to installation. Very happy with it
Only problem is with the phone.

We have now had our lift for 18 months. It has made such a difference to every day living.
It was installed and working in 2 days. The engineers left our rooms in perfect condition. Instructions on how to use the lift were explained and demonstrated clearly.
We had considered different makes and suppliers including the popular stair lifts, but on all points the Stiltz was the best choice. I would mention that it was far better to have had this installed than having to move to a single storey home. Far cheaper as well!

Having a Stiltz lift in my home has been a game changer. I don’t have to worry about falling on the narrow staircase again. It also transports laundry baskets and suitcases as well as me!

The installation of the lift was quick and a good induction was given. Using the lift is easy and an emergency telephone is in the lift should something (unlikely) go wrong.

No problems with the lift. It is starting to get used more and does us well.
Still think the service charge is way over what is acceptable. It should be the first thing that is discussed not the last or as in our case, not at all.

Once we decided to purchase a lift from Stiltz they proceeded with efficiency and purpose. The installation was very quick and with minimum disruption to the household.

The installation was seamless, quick and efficient. The guys who installed it were pleasant and kind. The lift works well and quietly. I use it most days but still use the stairs as often as I can to keep my mobility going - but carrying a tray of tea is difficult as I need to hold the bannister, so the lift solves that problem. Suitcases, vacuum cleaner, washing - perfect. When my brother came out of hospital needing us to care for him, I don't know how we would have managed without it.
If having a lift keeps us out of an old folks' home for three months, it will have paid for itself!

We have lived in the family home for 55 years and the prospect of moving and downsizing to allow for our difficulty negotiating stairs was a daunting prospect.
The installation of a lift was the alternative which Stiltz installed with the minimum of disruption and it has proved to be the answer to the problem. The lift was installed nearly 2 years ago and there have been no problems at all, the quality of the workmanship is not in doubt. The cost involved is significant but when compared to moving and all that is involved there is no doubt that we have saved a lot of money.

This has changed our life for the better, for both my wheelchair bound husband and for myself. has enabled husband much independence and ability to use the whole of our house. It is now an essential part of our lives.

We had the Stiltz lift put in several years ago when we moved to a house where the living accommodation is upstairs. We felt we needed to future proof the house so we could get upstairs easily in the years to come. We mainly use it to get shopping up to the kitchen at the moment but it is also useful for moving heavier items up and down. The grandchildren also love it!

Our home lift has become increasingly valuable to us as time has passed. Especially useful for taking our shopping to the kitchen on the first floor. When the family dog visits she automatically goes to the lift, though she has not yet learned to press the buttons!
