Crap company. Never fix things on time and when they do fix the car it usually fails soon after.
First time failed on the forecourt when leaving.
Second time the brand new fuel hose came off and spilled diesel all over the M1. Highways agency now seeking payment for the cleanup.
Avoid this dealer.
Note Stratstone reply 2 months after my review asking for more details. You had all the details in the several hours we spent discussinf this in your branch. Standard canned response tells you all you need to know. Deduct one more star for a round ZERO STARS.

Do not use this dealership.
Closed early without warning after telling me to collect my car. Wasted journey and no apology. No management accountability. The way I was treated made me feel unwelcome. Complaint handling has been just as bad. I would not return and would not recommend them to anyone.

The car was was serviced as agreed and washed for me to collect. The receptionist and service advisor kept me up to date on progress and let me know when it was ready to collect.
Overall very happy.

Paid £500 deposit to reserve a used car politely cancelled the following day ……YET…….despite several mail / phone & Google requests ……am STILL awaiting for my refund - I wonder why ??????
Maybe it was because the Salesman couldn’t understand why I’d chosen a ‘24 model with only 1 owner, as opposed to their offering which had 4 or even 5 previous owners ……& he told me so !!!!

My overall experience has been mixed, but recent communication issues have left me feeling less than satisfied. The car itself is lovely, and although I have no personal issue with the salesman, Darren Bloomfield, I can’t help feeling that more effort could have been made to ensure a positive customer experience.
Several issues arose from the moment I viewed the car. When inspecting it prior to purchase, I pointed out a few concerns—missing paint on the door, missing paint on an alloy, and a scuff on the bumper. Darren assured me all would be resolved before delivery. While the first two were addressed, the bumper scuff was still present when the car was delivered on 1st October. I was disappointed to be told that “their guy” could not remove it and that they “can’t respray the whole car.” I was offered a complimentary paint stick, but in hindsight, I should not have accepted the car without the agreed work being completed.
I also highlighted that the steering wheel wasn’t straight when driving on a straight road. Darren assured me the car would be put through a 4-wheel alignment prior to delivery. Yet, on my first drive, the steering wheel was still off-centre. Although Darren provided the alignment printout when I emailed him, he did not address my follow-up question about what could be done next.
During the purchase process, I was told the price could not be reduced because it included a 12-month warranty, 12-month breakdown cover, and free MOTs for the life of the vehicle. I accepted this, but despite asking several times since the sale, I still have not received confirmation of the 12-month breakdown cover. This lack of response is disappointing and makes me question whether the offer was genuine or simply sales talk.
I also requested a printout of the service history, which was forgotten. Even the free mats included with the sale were only partially delivered—I received two, and I now have to collect the remaining two along with the paint stick myself.
Three weeks into ownership, the car developed a knocking sound from the O/S/F suspension when reversing on full lock. As it was within 30 days of purchase, Audi Aylesbury agreed to inspect it under warranty. I took the car in on Friday 24th October. Unfortunately, the noise did not occur during the inspection, though multiple people have witnessed it previously. I also asked them to look at the off-centre steering wheel, which they were thankfully able to fix—something Darren had not managed to resolve.
While at the dealership, I again raised concerns about the missing items and my overall experience, asking to speak with a manager. Both managers were “on holiday,” but I was assured I’d receive a call. Weeks later, I still haven’t heard from anyone. I emailed Darren again on 14th November about the paint stick and the breakdown cover, but as of today, I still haven’t received a reply.
To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I truly love the car—it’s a pleasure to drive—but based on my experience, I would not purchase from Audi Aylesbury again.
