The car was was serviced as agreed and washed for me to collect. The receptionist and service advisor kept me up to date on progress and let me know when it was ready to collect.
Overall very happy.

Paid £500 deposit to reserve a used car politely cancelled the following day ……YET…….despite several mail / phone & Google requests ……am STILL awaiting for my refund - I wonder why ??????
Maybe it was because the Salesman couldn’t understand why I’d chosen a ‘24 model with only 1 owner, as opposed to their offering which had 4 or even 5 previous owners ……& he told me so !!!!

Very professional, with a genuine interest in making sure my car and myself were dealt with properly.

My overall experience has been mixed, but recent communication issues have left me feeling less than satisfied. The car itself is lovely, and although I have no personal issue with the salesman, Darren Bloomfield, I can’t help feeling that more effort could have been made to ensure a positive customer experience.
Several issues arose from the moment I viewed the car. When inspecting it prior to purchase, I pointed out a few concerns—missing paint on the door, missing paint on an alloy, and a scuff on the bumper. Darren assured me all would be resolved before delivery. While the first two were addressed, the bumper scuff was still present when the car was delivered on 1st October. I was disappointed to be told that “their guy” could not remove it and that they “can’t respray the whole car.” I was offered a complimentary paint stick, but in hindsight, I should not have accepted the car without the agreed work being completed.
I also highlighted that the steering wheel wasn’t straight when driving on a straight road. Darren assured me the car would be put through a 4-wheel alignment prior to delivery. Yet, on my first drive, the steering wheel was still off-centre. Although Darren provided the alignment printout when I emailed him, he did not address my follow-up question about what could be done next.
During the purchase process, I was told the price could not be reduced because it included a 12-month warranty, 12-month breakdown cover, and free MOTs for the life of the vehicle. I accepted this, but despite asking several times since the sale, I still have not received confirmation of the 12-month breakdown cover. This lack of response is disappointing and makes me question whether the offer was genuine or simply sales talk.
I also requested a printout of the service history, which was forgotten. Even the free mats included with the sale were only partially delivered—I received two, and I now have to collect the remaining two along with the paint stick myself.
Three weeks into ownership, the car developed a knocking sound from the O/S/F suspension when reversing on full lock. As it was within 30 days of purchase, Audi Aylesbury agreed to inspect it under warranty. I took the car in on Friday 24th October. Unfortunately, the noise did not occur during the inspection, though multiple people have witnessed it previously. I also asked them to look at the off-centre steering wheel, which they were thankfully able to fix—something Darren had not managed to resolve.
While at the dealership, I again raised concerns about the missing items and my overall experience, asking to speak with a manager. Both managers were “on holiday,” but I was assured I’d receive a call. Weeks later, I still haven’t heard from anyone. I emailed Darren again on 14th November about the paint stick and the breakdown cover, but as of today, I still haven’t received a reply.
To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I truly love the car—it’s a pleasure to drive—but based on my experience, I would not purchase from Audi Aylesbury again.

Great service. Everyone involved kept me informed throughout, returned my calls and handed the car back to me within the agreed timeframe. Well done.

They failed an MOT due to wash wiper motor and tried to charge me £400 and stated it was not covered by their Audi warranty.
Then I took the car to another audi dealer and they fix the wiper motor for free under warranty!!
I’ve had previous issues with this Aylesbury Audi service centre but this is just not right so I won’t take my car their again.
Amersham Audi is much much much better and honest! They not only repaired the car but also gave me a free courtesy car. Thanks Kevin at Amersham for great service.
Aylesbury Audi is a 1 star.
Amersham Audi is a 4 star. ⭐

I bought a second-hand car from another dealer. It turns out the wiper was faulty. The dealer said, 'Just get your local Audi-approved dealer to do it, and they'll charge us'.
Should have been easy, right? A wiper blade replacement.
In my first call, the agent took every detail of me, including spinal fluid, I think, and then said that we could book you in about 4 weeks. I challenged the timescale as this was for a wiper blade replacement. She then agreed and said she’d call me back. She didn’t. Not the first time they hadn’t called me back.
I then received an email for a booking in 3 or so weeks. I then had to find a way to email Audi (I can’t be bothered to call again, as this is 0.00001% of my life and not, as according to Audi, probably my whole life they’d like me to spend on this topic!). I eventually find a way and email that I was waiting for a call back.
A day or so later I received a reply that they have no idea who I spoke to and if I can call again, and relay the whole thing again, they will get it sorted. Back-to-back meetings and running my own business for 80 hours a week, time is precious, as it is for everyone. I challenge back that surely, they can do the donkey work to move this forward for me and not ask me to be the connection for Audi agents.
Eventually, they find the person I dealt with, and her email says that she listened to the call, and she had the correct number written down. The inference is that I told her the wrong number. The number I have had for over 25 years. Apparently, I voiced another number. One I’d never heard of. When I asked for a copy of the recording, I could get that somewhere over there with that department, and it would take a while. Funny that, I thought it would!
Four emails later, the customer service manager is now involved.
My thought - Could they make this any more complex, involved, take up any more time and be any more of an absolute pain in the posterior?
I reply saying that I have a slot between meetings at x time and to call but know that if the objective is to further educate me on the internal processes of Audi, I will end the call.
I bet you can’t guess what happened?
Yep, ‘…the way the invoicing works between dealerships is…’ I hung up.
Their jingle is something like ‘driving for customer excellence.’ A joke.
It reminded me of the scene in Love Actually where the US President says, I’ll give you anything you want, as long as it is something I want to give’. Audi measures their customer excellence based on their belief. Audi, we as customers don’t care whether you are part of the same company, different, a subsidiary or owned by Trump. Audi chose to be a franchise. I am not your ‘internal communications department’. You sort it out. You advertise and market as Audi, the brand. We expect you to behave as a brand, seamless when we talk to you. The fact that you cannot do that is your problem to resolve, not ours. Let alone that you cannot take a number down correctly, or know who spoke to whom, or listen to the customer.
I went to Halfords, into the store, told them about the wiper, a guy came out, changed the blade, and the whole visit took 9.5 minutes.
"Audi, oh Audi, where did you go?
Your service is missing, it’s painfully slow.
A wiper blade quest turned epic and long.
For something so simple, everything went wrong.
You say “Excellence” — we say “Delay,".
You pass the buck; we waste the day.
Halfords fixed it in under ten.
While Audi bounced me again and again.
So, here’s my jingle, short and sweet.
If you want things done, don’t take a seat.
Skip the drama, skip the queue.
Just go somewhere that listens to you.

A typical tick box reply from a corporate that talks a lot about delivering customer excellence and fails to live up to the message.
A clear disconnect between marketing and customer service. Compounded by ticking the box of replying to reviews by using a copy & paste method.
'We appreciate you bringing this frustrating experience to our attention.' - No, you do not, because when I did bring it to your attention via a Director, he dismissed it.
'We regret the difficulties you faced with a simple wiper replacement and the multiple points of failure in our communication.' - I would be more worried that an agent is taking it upon herself to reiterate to the customer that he got the number wrong, and especially when he didn't.
'Your feedback regarding the complexities and time involved is valuable, and we are taking steps to improve our processes to ensure a more seamless customer experience in the future.' - I know that is not true because it keeps happening.

Purchased a car here recently, disappointed by the number of issues that appeared almost immediately after collection. Several features weren’t working on delivery and only became functional after repairs. Communication and aftercare could have been much better. Would expect higher standards and better customer service from a main dealer.

Took the car in for a safety recall and asked them to address a known software issue affecting the child locks. Without any investigation into the issue the service desk insisted that they would have to charge £140 plus VAT to diagnose a know fault. This kind of exploitation is exactly why I won’t buy an Audi again.

Deeply disappointing experience. I purchased a used Audi from Audi Aylesbury that had a serious fault (non-functioning air conditioning) from day one. Despite being promised prompt repairs and clear communication, the timeline shifted repeatedly — from “Monday” to “Friday” to “next week.” I never once had the car in my possession in working condition.
What made matters worse was the poor communication and dismissive attitude I experienced when trying to exercise my legal right to reject the vehicle under the Consumer Rights Act. My initial rejection was ignored, follow-ups delayed, and I was even threatened with the removal of the courtesy car. At one point, the team claimed that by using the courtesy vehicle, I had accepted the faulty car — a completely inaccurate and legally flawed argument.
I have now had to escalate the matter to Audi Financial Services, Trading Standards, and the Motor Ombudsman, simply to have my statutory rights respected.
This experience has been incredibly stressful, time-consuming, and has left me completely disillusioned with the Audi brand and this dealership. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution — or better yet, take your business elsewhere

We recently purchased another car from Tej, and once again, the experience was absolutely fantastic. This is actually our second time buying from him, and it’s easy to see why we came back. Tej is knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cares about helping you find the right vehicle. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, just like he did the first time.
We really appreciate the level of service and professionalism he brings—nothing ever feels rushed or pressured. If you’re looking to buy a car from someone you can trust, we highly recommend Tej. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!
