They caused damage to my car due to lack of attention..they tried to rectify the situation but promised much but failed to deliver..need to communicate with the customer more..

Provide more courtesy cars! For the amount they charge for services you would think that they would treat their customers better. No courtesy cars available for months and a poor set up for trying to get work done in the waiting area while you wait.

I recently collected my Audi Q5 and just wanted to say how excellent the whole experience was, thanks to Samuel Henshaw.
From start to finish, Samuel was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to walk me through all the features of the Q5, answered every question clearly, and made sure I felt completely comfortable before driving away. Nothing felt rushed, and his attention to detail really stood out.
The handover process was smooth and well organised, and Samuel made it feel like a special occasion rather than just another collection. His communication throughout was spot on, keeping me updated and making everything straightforward and stress-free.
I’m absolutely delighted with the car and very grateful for the outstanding service. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about customer experience, I highly recommend asking for Samuel Henshaw.
Thank you again!

I've taken my car here for service twice now.
First time, the mileage was recorded incorrectly (20k miles too high). Despite months of trying, this has still not been corrected in the service history. At this time, they also failed to repair the charge flap mechanism, requiring a separate visit.
On the second visit, the car was booked in for a routine service and replacement of the fuel filler locking mechanism. The service was done - but the fuel filler work was not. I was promised a telephone call for the following day. 48 hours later, no contact. So I phoned the service department. Their response was 'No availability for a month, you'll just have to force it closed every time it jumps open". Oh, and if you'd like a replacement vehicle, you can wait 3 months, not one.
Truly appalling service, to the point that I will not be purchasing any more vehicles from Audi.

I have always found the sales people to be quite disinterested despite visiting multiple times with the intent to make a purchase , and on the couple of service visits I've made, staff were disorganised and not welcoming or friendly. To top things off - I was sent a customer feedback invite asking me to rate them 5 stars or email them directly if I had negative feedback. I emailed them directly with a full explanation as to why I was disappointed in the service and had no reply after 11 days, only to receive another invite to complete a feedback survey. Clearly they are not interested in genuine customer feedback and are only interested in prompting or harvesting 5 star reviews where they have not been earned. Perhaps a 1 star review will prompt the response that was not forthcoming to my email? Either way, I would never buy from Shrewsbury Audi. I've had much better, more efficient and welcoming service from most other dealerships.

I had an excellent experience at Audi Shrewsbury. The quality of service was exceptional from start to finish warm, friendly, and completely pressure free. Every interaction felt genuine, with honest information and clear communication throughout the whole process.
A special mention must go to Peter Wilson, our salesperson. He was thoughtful, attentive, and kept us fully updated at every stage. His professional yet friendly approach made the entire experience enjoyable and stress free. Peter’s outstanding service and commitment to customer care truly set him and Audi Shrewsbury apart.
Highly recommended.

As a young woman buying her first brand new car, I would not recommend Shrewsbury Audi. Absolutely awful experience from start to finish, consistent problem with the car which was overlooked and I was fobbed off continuously. Ended up rejecting the car and handing it back, only then did I get the attention for the problems and some half decent customer service. Awful

Audi Shrewsbury are a really excellent company to deal with. They keep you posted on progress and the car is always ready and the confirmed time.

So dissatisfied
This is the third Audi i have purchased. My experience of pre , during and after sales whist under the franchise of Jardine was above and beyond. 5 star plus rating by myself and my husband.
All staff were knowledgeable, motivated and communicated via phone at a time / appointment agreed by both parties.
Strathstone audi has now a fast turn over of staff who individually contacted us for a new sale , didn’t communicate with colleagues totally contradicting one another. Management now doesn’t smile or greet. Poor atmosphere within. Sadly we now have chosen to go elsewhere where.

They have been better on past visits, not sure if this is due to change in ownership.

Really pleased that women are seen as important as men by Audi

I’ve been a loyal Audi Shrewsbury customer for several years now and have always had fantastic experiences with the team — especially with Claire, who consistently offers a truly personalised and professional service. She always goes above and beyond, and people like her are the reason I’ve kept coming back.
Unfortunately, my most recent visit at the start of October was a completely different experience. I was looked after by another service agent who was cold and dismissive right from the outset. While she was entering my details into her computer, I quickly checked my phone to deal with a plumbing emergency I’d had earlier that day. Out of nowhere, she looked up at me and said, “I’m waiting for you to get off your phone so I can book you in.”
I was genuinely shocked. I immediately reminded her that she was in no position to tell a customer to “get off their phone.” It wasn’t just rude — it was unnecessary and unprofessional.
I left my car with them but made it clear I didn’t want to deal with her on my return and asked for the manager’s contact details. When the manager called me shortly after, I turned around and went back to speak with him in person — hoping for a reasonable conversation. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case either.
Rather than listening and acknowledging my experience, he spent most of the conversation defending the staff member, telling me how great her performance was. I had to remind him that I wasn’t there to discuss her internal reviews — I was there as a paying customer raising a valid concern about how I’d been spoken to. A good manager would have recognised that and simply said something along the lines of, “Thank you for your patience — I can take your details when you’re ready.”
It’s clear that something has changed at Audi Shrewsbury — and not for the better. The shift in management and front-line service quality is obvious. In my opinion, staff like Claire should have been promoted into leadership roles, as she embodies everything a premium brand like Audi should stand for.
Sadly, this experience has completely changed my view of Audi Shrewsbury. After years of loyalty, I’ll be taking my future servicing — and any future purchases — elsewhere.
