Stratstone - Jaguar Tottenham Service Centre Reviews 

Fabulous service from the team, as always.
My partner had dropped off the car for a service, but was unable to collect so they kindly offered to deliver back to our home. Car was returned spotless by a friendly and helpful gentleman called Aziz. This isn't our nearest service centre, but the best by far!

I don't normally leave reviews, as these days they tend to be just highlighting poor service levels!, and that would be a full time job in itself! However the customer service I received in this case was beyond what I expected. It actually felt personal, like I'd been going there for years, very rare the days. The repair on my IPace was a bigger task than first thought. It was approaching midday on Saturday and I needed a courtesy car for my job. Somehow this was organised at very short notice, and really saved the day. So a very special thanks to Mo (Engineer) who explained the problem in detail, and Keeley on front desk. Well done both.

Turned up Saturday morning of the 26th of October 2024 at the Range Rover Dealership in Tottenham to get a battery replaced on a recall, to be told by one so called gentleman that the battery could not be obtained as it was locked in the store room and no other technician had the combination, diabolical!!!!
I was absolutely livid but clearly not displaying my contempt.
Becoming somewhat tiresome of the little pantomime I reschedule the appointment.

Ending on a good note.
I've interacted with Keely, Sarah, Ashtalee on different occasions, riddled with information from a tec perspective definitive answers, courteous, complimented with a very helpful nature, I did put the question to Keely how so knowledgeable? her reply back, she listens, I was impressed, the men should clearly take note of great customer service skills from these three little musketeers!!!!
Word to the wise customers do leave feed back.

Oz could not have been more helpful, responsive & reassuring - as well as achieving the desired result. We were a ‘sob story’: the day before leaving for much needed & special birthday holiday before starting a new job our battery packed up. Oz answered the telephone, managed the problem through to completion & to us picking up the car mid afternoon. So relieved. Thank you so very much to everyone from Oz through to the workshop who fitted in the extra work at no notice.

I've been using the service department at Stratsone Jaguar Tottenham for the past four years and in my experience, I'd struggle to think of any superior business relationship. High standards of service one might expect, but the personable and friendly attitude of everyone in the team is genuinely noteworthy. Fabulous crew throughout and an absolute pleasure to do business with.

The front desk team were excellent. I stayed on-site whilst my car was checked and the team frequently asked if I needed anything and they updated me as soon as my car was seen. It can be hard to get through to someone but when you’re in the system, the customer service is great.

An exceptional and knowledgeable team providing a super fast, first class service. I felt well and truly looked after during what could potentially be a stressful time of having my car repaired. Details of my repair were laid out very clearly in a way that I could understand and the whole process was straight forward. My car was returned looking amazing and driving fantastically.

I am so grateful to the whole team and especially Sarah who provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced - with care and a personal touch. I Pace needed a problem with door panels dealt with and also a MOT. Done very quickly. Good updates provided by Shante. Excellent pick up and delivery service.

Problem free booking in advance and car collected and returned as arranged.
Purchased from Stratstone and going to Tottenham Service from new.
Always found then helpful and car has always run perfectly.
Car covered by Jaguar Additional Warranty and EMac servicing.

Welcolming and helpful staff from beginning to end. Recall of car sorted within a couple of hours and health check. Car cleaned afterwoods. Great service.

Gave you enough chances to call me back or reply but enough is enough!

Took my car in as the roof blind wasn’t functioning and Jaguar assist had sent me to Tottenham all the way from Orpington. At start everything was fine had met a familiar face (Mehmet) working there, Therefore dropped my guard and felt comfortable.
This is where it all starts!!
Remember initially came in for warranty work on roof blind (22 nov)
Was told service was due which I declined and then was given the whole sales pitch about keeping cars value in shape with dealers service. Mehmet said he will sort out some
Discount on the service to which I agreed to and went on my way in the courtesy car provided by Jaguar assist and not stratstone Tottenham.
Got a call on from Hayden on the 24th to say service was completed to which I questioned the warranty work on the roof and was told (lies) it wasn’t covered due to glass being in the roof lining which caused the blind to snap off the railings and then went on saying he believes the pan roof had been smashed before which is total bullsh***!!!
He also said come collect the car and give him a few days to see if he can work around the warranty to get it fixed and I had to return the courtesy car the next day otherwise il be charged!
Picked up my vehicle and it was shambles…

They actually charged me
More than quoted/invoiced and there was no discount on service as mentioned by mehmet

1) a shiny brand new nail in rear tyre was told puncture was from a “non existent” cut on outer wall
2) poor workmanship on the roof, was not put back properly
3) rear interior light fell out as I was driving home
4) plastic trims all not put back properly
5) key battery low?? When apparently serviced just changed it part of the service carried out
6) LASTLY A CUT/GRAZE on my roof

Contacted Tottenham stratstone many times since no reply until I furiously said a complaint will be put forward to which I was told to send over all the pictures of damages etc and would get a call back latest by COB next day (3rd dec)
No reply called a few days later and spoke to Hayden who then looked at the email and said he will get back to me and still not reply.
You know my details call me and fix the damages caused to my car.
Simple as that.

Brilliant service. Very professional.

So so service. Car returned with a few things wrong and won’t pick up the phone to fix it (during their opening hours).

I had a puncture which needed repairing. My vehicle was collected from my house taken to Land Rover Stratstone for repair and my car was ready the next day. Very efficient and nice friendly staff.
