Had a complete electrical / mechanical shutdown on my 2025MY RangeRover Autobiography on the motorway. When vehicle was dropped off at Stratstone they were unable to diagnose the issue, and despite being asked, did not issue a TA (referral to LandRover Engineering) as, after researching it, transpires is a recurring fault and presents a major safety concern. Better diagnostic capabilities and a willingness to escalate concerns to the OEM when serious, would be a significant improvement.

Overall, my experience was positive and the work carried out on my car appears to have been completed to a good standard. Sukvinder was helpful, professional and pleasant to deal with throughout.
My only real frustration was around communication and managing expectations. When I dropped the car off, I was advised that it would be ready by 3:00 pm. As the day progressed, I received no updates to let me know this was no longer achievable and ended up having to call several times myself for an update.
I completely understand that delays can happen, but a quick call or message would have made a huge difference. Because I was expecting the car back at 3:00 pm, I was unable to plan the rest of my day properly and had to make last minute arrangements, including asking a friend to collect my children from their activities.
The quality of the work was good and the staff at the centre were helpful. My feedback is simply that more proactive communication when delays occur would significantly improve the overall customer experience.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Destiny Burke at Stratsone JLR, Milton Keynes for the outstanding support she provided during a very difficult time with my car issues.
From the very beginning, Destiny was professional, kind, patient, understanding, and incredibly reassuring. She kept me fully informed throughout the entire process, regularly updating me and making sure I always knew what was happening. Her communication and customer care were absolutely exceptional.
What truly stood out was her ability to manage stressful situations with such calmness, empathy, and professionalism. She is extremely knowledgeable, highly capable, and clearly takes great pride in what she does. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for her, and she consistently went above and beyond to make the experience easier for me.
What started as a horrible and stressful situation became far more manageable thanks to Destiny’s support, dedication, and genuine care. She turned a very difficult experience into one that felt supported and handled with compassion.
Destiny is a real credit to JLR, and she deserves every bit of recognition for the incredible work she does. Thank you so much, Destiny — I truly appreciate everything you did for me.

Went in for Warranty work and Tyres.
Was looked after by Maisy from service, Chris from the workshop, and finally Peter in parts.
If you are going in for some work, request the pair above and if you require help in parts, Peter was very helpful!

Although I did have 4 issues with the Vehicle they were dealt with by Ryan and Billy to my satisfaction.
A good dealership with a good dealership principle.

I purchased an Approved Used Range Rover P440e Autobiography from Stratstone Milton Keynes in March 2026. The car was delivered on 30 March with pre-existing cosmetic damage noted by the delivery agent on arrival, a scuffed alloy wheel and paint damage to the rear tailgate and quarter panel. The delivery driver told me that when the damage was flagged to Stratstone, the response from the dealership was: "it's the customer's problem, it's an approved vehicle."
Over the following weeks I discovered a further four mechanical and electronic faults: intermittent failure of the door locking system across all four doors; the passive entry system inoperative on the passenger side; the fuel filler flap actuator failing completely, leaving me unable to refuel without forcing the flap open at a petrol station; and, most seriously, the vehicle refusing to restart on four separate occasions whilst I was inside it. Two mechanics looked at it and confirmed an electronic fault. This is a recognised issue on the P440e platform.
Every fault was reported in writing within the 30-day window provided under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. In five weeks, not a single repair has been arranged. My complaints were met with DIY troubleshooting suggestions which is just a joke for such a high priced luxury vehicle, I had to wait through a a 12-day response delay, an offensive offer of £150 reimbursement if I arranged the alloy repair myself, and a suggestion I polish the boot scratches out.
I have issued a formal letter of complaint to the Dealer Principal citing the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and demanding a full repair or refund but again, this has been ignored and the promised 48 hour response time missed. Next step the ombudsman and returning the vehicle.
Such a shame, the car itself is beautiful. The aftersales service has been the worst I have experienced from any dealership at any price point. I would not recommend purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership. Shop elsewhere, you'll get a better and far better service!

I wish to record my profound dissatisfaction with Jaguar Land Rover Milton Keynes following my experience concerning a Jaguar I‑Pace, which I purchased for my child.
Cell failures first manifested in November. I returned the vehicle for repair, and it was subsequently returned to me. However, the identical defects recurred, compelling me to return the vehicle once more in January. From that date, the branch retained possession of my car for a period of no less than four months.
The branch's conduct throughout this period has fallen below any acceptable standard. The diagnostic process was inexcusably protracted, and I was eventually informed that seven cells required replacement. Without seeking my knowledge or obtaining my explicit consent, the branch dispatched my vehicle to a Jaguar Land Rover storage centre. I was denied the opportunity to retrieve my personal belongings. The branch's assertion that they had removed all items was made without my presence or authorisation, which I find wholly unacceptable. When I formally requested that all defective cells be replaced, my request was refused outright.
Thereafter, Jaguar proposed to repurchase the vehicle at a derisory valuation. When I sought a fair and reasonable price, my request was summarily rejected. I wish to make it unequivocally clear that my objective was never to sell the vehicle, but rather to have it properly repaired. That objective has been entirely disregarded.
Communication from the branch was virtually non‑existent. I was compelled to initiate every update myself. Furthermore, I endured substantial delays in receiving payment owed to me. Despite the branch having retained my car for four months, I was forced to make daily telephone inquiries and escalate the matter to head office before any resolution was achieved. As a direct consequence of the branch's significant delays, I was obliged to rent a replacement vehicle for four months at considerable personal expense.
Following the initial cell replacement in November, the branch assured me that the cell mileage charge would be substantially reduced. My experience leads me to conclude that the repair was not executed competently, as mileage performance was materially and adversely affected.
This ordeal has resulted in significant financial loss and substantial inconvenience. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend the Jaguar I‑Pace to any prospective purchaser. Furthermore, I strongly and unequivocally advise all customers to avoid Jaguar Land Rover Milton Keynes without exception.
I am currently seeking legal advice and intend to escalate this matter to Trading Standards.
On behalf of Mr Amit Modi

AVOID Stratstone Land Rover Milton Keynes AT ALL COSTS — unless you truly don’t value your peace of mind. This applies to both their sales and service teams.
In March 2024, I approached them with my own build specifications for a brand-new 2024 model. The car was meant to mark my birthday in May, but that experience was completely ruined. When the car arrived, it had the wrong specifications, something they themselves hadn’t even noticed until I pointed it out. After weeks of back-and-forth, they eventually sourced another vehicle in June 2024 with the correct specifications, but in a different colour. I felt I had no real choice but to accept it. On top of that, I was pressured into purchasing an £800 body care package, with assurances it would cover issues like bird droppings.
When I later tried to use this body care product after bird droppings damaged my car, I was told it was handled by a third party (Jewelultra). Upon contacting them, I was informed they no longer provided services for Stratstone Land Rover Milton Keynes. In effect, I paid £800 for a product I couldn’t even use.
In February 2026, I received a recall notice for a passenger airbag replacement and was asked to book the car in. I explained that I work weekdays and requested a weekend appointment. On 4th February 2026, they booked me in for Saturday 11th April 2026, with a courtesy car arranged, and collection scheduled for 18th April. I received email confirmation the same day. I even called on 10th April to reconfirm, and everything was assured.
However, when I arrived at 8:15am on 11th April after arranging childcare and adjusting personal commitments, including a birthday event I was told the required part was not available. No prior notice, no cancellation call, nothing despite my confirmation call the day before. The staff member I spoke to was dismissive, asked who I had spoken to previously, and casually mentioned she had been “planning to call me.” When exactly?
What made matters worse was the complete lack of professionalism and empathy staff were even laughing during the interaction. I asked to speak to a manager and was initially told none were available. As I was leaving, I noticed an office with staff inside, went in myself, and requested to speak to someone. A manager named Trinity eventually spoke with me but came across as patronising. She said she would investigate and call me back failed to do so as expected of them.
Overall, this dealership demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer respect. Avoid at all costs.
