I phoned on Monday looking for suspension parts for my car, spoke to James and he was more than helpful sent me pictures so I could identify the proper parts. Received the part on the Tuesday. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Have used them before and same again very courteous and helpful.

Fantastic experience as always, 4 Mercedes cars purchased, with 3 of them being from the Hamilton Mercedes branch. Picked up my new GLA on Friday 18/04/2025. Outstanding service provided by Callen Duncan.
From purchase to hand over of car, every effort was made to make this a smooth transition to my new car.

No works carried out just a 5 minute safety check carried out!
