Top service as always. Car was in for new brakes. Finished on time. Top workmanship. Staff are friendly and helpful. I was given a courtesy car as well. Would highly recommend Porsche Nottingham!

Following the initial diagnostics, I was quoted approximately £2,600 for the repair work, which I agreed to proceed with. When I later contacted the dealership for an update, I was informed that the power steering pipes were only available as part of a complete steering rack assembly, increasing the revised estimate to approximately £4,600. Although this was significantly higher, I again agreed to proceed.
Having worked in the parts industry for over 35 years, and having carried out thorough research before purchasing my first 911, I understood that repair costs on these vehicles can be substantial. I was also aware, from researching common power steering issues, that the steering pipes can sometimes seize into the rack, so I had prepared myself for a worst-case scenario in the region of £5,000.
When I was informed that the repair work had been completed, I was advised that the final invoice totalled £6,224.38 — a further increase of around £1,600 above the last agreed figure. This additional cost had neither been discussed with nor authorised by me beforehand. I was also informed that payment was required prior to the vehicle being released for collection, leaving me with little practical option other than to settle the invoice in full.
In addition, when I received the vehicle back, I noticed that the lacquer on the top of the offside front wing had started to peel in an area that appeared to have been pressure washed. This issue was not present prior to the vehicle being with yourselves.

The staff are really knowledgeable and friending. Lovely atmosphere in the showroom.
What a professional and friendly team of people.
The process and service was 5 star
Quick service done while I waited . For the performance a modern 911 offers £250 pa at 80,000 miles is very cheap motoring compared to other performance cars I have owned. When you factor in the lack of depreciation of the 992 model, its one of the cheapest cars I have owned.
perfect service from great staff, a special thanks to Michaela.
Had a bad experience 2 years ago so was wary about going back . However they fully surpassed my expectations. Great customer service and was made to feel very welcome
Good experience with Porsche generally, however not allowing me to have a courtesy car when my car was in for its first MOT for most of the day was very inconvenient. I had to rely on family to pick me up from drop off and collection. In addition to the MOT I was purchasing a years warranty for my 911. A cost totalling over almost £1600.00 in total .
Not the service you would expect from a prestige dealer .
Basically scammers.
Bought my 9000 mile 22 plate Porsche from Nottingham Porsche. All was well, car was delivered and upon looking at the infotainment i see it is overdue a service as it has actually never been serviced.
Porsche reassure me it was serviced but paperwork then suggests different. Turns out the 121 point check was ticked that it also diddnt need a service despite it needing one and then i got a lot of excuses, a lot of delays (managers on holiday) and in the end promised calls became ZERO calls.
Now i have a car that was advertised with a Full service history and a dealer who dont want to own up to their mistakes that it has actually never been serviced. I generally would of thought a Porsche experience to be positive but this is frankly the worst i have ever been treated as a customer by any dealer ever.
I am amazed they try to blag their customers and i would advise all customers to look into the history of your cars you bought from them. The 121 point check isnt worth anything as they don't check it correctly anyway. They wouldn't even send me it.. Just want your money and forget the problems. Sadly, having to instruct solicitors to deal with this as it's been a costly experience. Not my first P car but my last with Nottingham... BUYERS BEWARE GO ELSEWHERE
Reception and service staff excellent, sales team unresponsive.
Genuinely awful experience from start to finish. No courtesy cars, asked if I wanted additional work doing and then told me they couldn’t do it for a month despite my car still being with them. Car pick up delayed as they were “too busy”.

Buying Porsche approved, you would expect a certain level of customer reassurance. Unfortunately, after picking up my Taycan, that same day, a few faults appeared on the dashboard: the child lock fault, brake fluid and air filter. All of which, one would assume would have been fixed before the customer pick up! But what do I know! Further to this, the charging cables were missing, thankfully I checked, and was able to ask for a set. There were other minor issues, again not expected when buying Porsche approved. Sadly all of this soured the experience for me. However, I do know that not all Porsche approved centers are like this. My partner had a very positive experience at another porsche center.
