Lack of response from sales representative worn out race tech steering wheel and missing fire extinguisher

When i booked the service for my car i was told it was a major service and was given a quote for that. When i collected the car i was told it had had a minor service with extra items but the price i paid was the same as originally quoted. I queried this with the person dealing with me but she said the person who i booked the service with must have got it wrong? I also wasn't given a copy of my MOT certificate. This has since been sent out to me.

The experience was exactly what i would expect with great communication from the service staff and a very quick process of giving and receiving the car.
The staff i interacted with were all very helpful and friendly.

Special thanks to Jenny in service for her coordination and communication, Andrea front of house where nothing is too much trouble and Tom Hale in sales for his Porsche knowledge and general enthusiasm (I was only visiting for an MOT!) Next is the major service in a couple of weeks, Michaela in service has already found a very convenient 2 day slot and is organising a Porsche loan car for the period - always a highlight in itself.

Train your personnel to adhere to certain high standards for all customers irrespective to status colour creed nationality etc

Other issues:
Poor Communication and response.
Keeping Car without checking with me first for 4 unexpected days.
Poor follow up on request.

Only happened on this last ocassion all prior visits were handled professionally hence personnel requires training to be professional irrespective.

I wanted to take a moment to recognise the exceptional service I received from Michaela during my recent visit. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. She took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure I was comfortable and informed at every stage. What really stood out was her attention to detail and her genuine care for both the car and the customer — something that’s rare to find and hugely appreciated.

Michaela went out of her way to ensure the experience was smooth and stress-free, showing real pride in her role and commitment to the Porsche brand. It’s clear she’s passionate about what she does, and it made all the difference. People like Michaela are the reason I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend Porsche to others. Cockeyed date entry needs sorting!

Overall a positive experience this year. I booked in for solely my MOT as bi-annual service not due until April 2026. I was provided with a comfortable private room to carry out private phone calls and work etc. Coffee & biscuits provided and the car was washed on completion.
Pre/Post MOT car inspection & health check carried out which was beneficial and well received.
I would have preferred to be provided a loan car as requested 3-months in advance (always been provided this at all previous planned visits). Despite this, the work was done in a timely manner with care and attention to detail.
There were a couple of requests regarding the MOT which came with a different outcome which was not ideal and subsequently recorded as a defect which is disappointing.
This therefore shows a slight inconsistency across the Porsche service team as I have been an uninterrupted Porsche Centre Nottingham customer for 6 years to date and there are areas on the car which have been recorded as 'amber' in previous years yet recorded as 'green' this year despite no changes made.
Overall a positive experience and I intend to continue as a loyal customer in future.
