The service here is usually very good…
The service at Stratstone Porsche Nottingham is usually very good but getting return calls from service is a bit of a nightmare at times.
Several calls over several weeks to try and book an MOT and extend a warranty is not something I'd expect from a premium brand however, once I did get through to someone, the service was great as always.

Staff refuse to listen to my input, even though i spent 20 years in professional motorsport-Works teams, Chrysler Ford, Brabham, Ferrari .transmission engineer. + my own successful business- Followed up by a 23 thousand hour airline career. What would I know about machinery? Last job 2 hours diagnostics to prove what I said in the first place.Very nice coffee though

Non existent customer service
I dropped off my car on 5/10 for Major service and MOT it was due to be ready for 9/10. I advised Mechanic that I would collect on the 12/10. On ringing on 12/10 to check it was ready, I was informed their was only one Customer client mgr available and she was with a customer. After 20 mins I rang again to be told that they were still with the customer and only this person could tell me if my car was ready. I suggested that I'm sure the customer wouldn't mind being interrupted so my simple question "was my car ready for collection?" This took another 5 minutes before the Customer client mgr came on the phone with a cherry good morning. I advised that having to wait 20m to get a simple answer whether my car was ready, didn't help my morning. She said that she was the only one dealing with customers on a Saturday, told her that wasn't my problem and that my car wasn't ready as the Mechanic had been off all week. I informed her that the mechanic had told me they were off until the 10/10. To then be informed that he had been off sick week and there had been no hand over and my car hadn't had its MOT. So no comms about my car during the week, no call to me to confirm any delay no nothing. Appalling customer service, look forward to the call to confirm when my car is ready and to be asked to give a 10/10 rating. Some chance. Will take my car elsewhere next time where the customer service matches the brands value.
