Need customer service to stay in touch with the customer even if they only let them know that the problem/enquiry is still being dealt with. Promising to return phone calls or reply to correspondence is a must, customers get frustrated if they have to initiate contact.

The 1st chair had to be sent back to Sterling Furniture it didn’t align properly when reclined.
After 2 visits from an independent company and eventually my chair was replaced.
Not the kind of service I expected from Stressless.

If they fit your taste, budget, I highly recommend
The two sofas I bought are extremely comfortable I can sit all day no problem.
They look really stylish.
I chose the 11cm round leg, I’m 5ft6” I think the 8cm leg would be more suitable, my mistake it would be helpful if there was some sort of guide.
For me the seat and back angles are perfect.
When I need to replace stressless will definitely be my first choice.

The variety of Stressless recliner options was explained to me and, from that list, I decided which chair options suited my needs the most.
The chairs were delivered in just two days of placing the order (wow!) and my wife and I absolutely love the style and comfort of the recliner and the footstool. The balance of the way that the chair reclines is perfect and the height of the chair back is ideal for our height.
A good looking group of furniture items that is perfectly matched to our needs.

I have had 2 stella sofas for almost 10…
I have had 2 stella sofas for almost 10 months and had problems with several parts to which there repair company Solutions are absolutely useless.
The main problem I have had is the tilt locking mechanism it just will not stay locked and is constantly releasing itself. I have had visit after visit from Solutions and the shop to fix this problem but no one seems to be able to resolve the problem. I think it is a design issue and stressless need to address this issue urgently.

Comfy sofa for a small room
We have a very small tv room and small entrance (UK terraced house) so we were looking for a sofa that would fit through the door and not take too much room. This is perfect for the space as the seating depth is small compared to other sofas but still very comfy. We love it and the guys from the store looked after us so well. They came to measure and assured that it will come in pieces and assembled in the room so no issues with the small entrance. Very satisfied with the sofa and the customer service from the store (Beadle Chrome, Reading)
