Looking for a new built-in dishwasher and have always gone with their recommendations on what is best for us. Being able to check the drawers (including the top cutlery tray!) for how everything fits meant we could be confident in what we purchased.
Fitted the same week to suit us and actually sits better than the old one did. Very happy with all involved.

Great service from enquiry to purchase and fitting of the product

I initially contacted the shop and spoke to Dan regarding buying a Tumble Dryer and then went to the shop to discuss further and purchase. He was very knowledgeable about the products I looked at and very efficient and friendly. Two days later two great guys, Brian and Sam delivered my Bloomberg dryer, positioned it in place for me and explained how it worked. They took the packaging, and my old dryer away, at an extra cost but worth it. Thank you guys.

Brian and Sam were punctual, pleasant, polite and professional They installed our washing machine quickly and ensured it was fully operational before explaining in detail to my wife how all the different functions and settings worked they also made sure their work area was clean before they left . All in all professional and stress free experience many thanks 👍

Have had a new washing machine installed today from Stuart Westmorland Loughborough; it was delivered & set up perfectly by Brian & Sam. Was worried I wouldn't be able to match the " silver coloured fridge freezer " ( also from you ) but has turned out a perfect match. Thank goodness for professional people.

I chose the set up service on delivery. The guys were great, they made sure we were happy with the location and setting. They tuned in the set and then explained the controls and explained everything to us.
Certainly my first choice for any future purchase of domestic technology and appliances.

Integrated fridge freezer failed 2 days before Christmas. Obviously didn't expect to get a replacement straight away, but got new one fitted by 29th. Given that there were two bank holidays and a Sunday in between that was an excellent turnaround.

Our dishwasher passed away just before Christmas. We did some research and decided we wanted to buy and support local business. Stuart Westmorland came to the rescue and our new dishwasher was delivered and installed a couple of days after placing the order. Brian and Sam delivered, installed and took the old dishwasher away. They are a credit to the company, cheerful and tidy workers. Looking forward to many years of happy dishwashing!

Thanks to Ian & Matt at Stewart Westmoreland, I have had my y old dishwasher replaced with out ANY hassle. Perfect. Even the old integral door refitted which I was worried could not be done. So no mess. Done & the use of the new dishwasher tested & fully explained to me. So delighted!! Thankyou.

As always, excellent service from Andrew in the Loughborough shop.
Delivery and removal of a chest freezer to our cellar was quite a task. The guys who came were called Ian and Matt. Courteous, well organised and very patient. Moving a heavy chest freezer around a corner in the cellar and up 10 steps was a challenge. Then it had to be taken out of the front door. For this they had to lifted it over the banister! No damage done.
The replacement freezer was smaller and lighter so a bit easier to maneuver. Again carefully done. No damage to the item.

Vacuum cleaner and washing machine broke down 2 days before Christmas. New cleaner delivered day after purchase, washing machine on New Years Eve. Matt and Ian who delivered and fitted new washing machine were so helpful and made sure we would get the best out of the machine. They made sure pipework was clear and gave advice and keeping the machine clean. Great service all round from Stuart Westmoreland. Couldn’t wish for better service in shop and delivery.

Great customer service from Graham at Stuart Westmoreland store in Melton. When I couldn’t find the double oven I needed online - went into the SW store to find the oven I needed on display. (Should have gone there first!!) Delivered and installed the following day by Brian and Sam who were very efficient and helpful. Shopping local has so many advantages - competitively priced and personal, quick service. Plus I got to see the oven before I purchased it. Highly recommend SW - will definitely use them again.
